Extremely long wait time. No appointments available for more than a week out. There was only one phlebotomist on staff. Had to get pricked three times even though I have juicy veins.

Elizabeth made my experience great. She was kind and patient. I was nervous about getting my blood drawn but she was very gentle.

There is no customer service. Just chairs and an ipad in a waiting room. The technician who took my blood was fine, not friendly, not rude. She took my blood wrong so now most of the front of my forearm is purple and blue from bruising and I have a huge lump in my arm where the blood was drawn. It is so painful and I worry about my upcoming surgery with this on my arm.

You they’re rude to the elderly carrying on personal conversations very unethical

Had an appointment at 11:10 and I waiting a full hour for them to call me in. TERRIBLE service, extremely slow.

Made appt in advance, confirmed in email, confirmed with ical attach etc- yet on ck in not listed. No help from front desk (there isn't one u just need to catch a (rude and too bz) tech/nurse for assist. Get in line behind other walk-ins despite your advance reservation. Quest is the WORST- find alternatives.

Horrible experience. She didn’t feel like looking a code up so she skipped the test. I now have to come back again. She also made my arm bleed way more than it should and was rude.

It's absolutely ridiculous that they only have ONE PERSON to do literally everything - from receiving and processing patients to drawing blood! This is so disrespectful I can't even begin to describe it. We paid a lot more for home collection and even so we had to bring the samples to this unit and wait more than 60 minutes to deliver them because there was no one to receive the samples and charge for the tests. If you can avoid this sty of service and location, do yourself this favor.

Very unfriendly service. I found the lady in the front desk rude. Not very professional. Very unpolite as if they were doing me a favor. I am certainly not coming to this location again. Management needs to be replaced or at least go to some type of professional customer service classes.

Everything was great until I had to use the restroom and the sink was not working. That is unacceptable you must have running water.

This is the worst office Front office staff are more than incompetent. Asked me for paperwork six times, when i exolained to them they had it. Took over an hour for them to find it. Avoid this office if you value your time. Far betyer quest locations in the area.
