This is the worst office Front office staff are more than incompetent. Asked me for paperwork six times, when i exolained to them they had it. Took over an hour for them to find it. Avoid this office if you value your time. Far betyer quest locations in the area.

The Quest website may be the worst I have ever used. It scheduled an appointment without determining what the appointment was for, other than "all other tests". When I arrived on time at the Quest waiting room (which makes the DMV look warm and inviting), I was told I should have purchased the test I wanted before arriving. But the website did not ask me to purchase the test it just scheduled an appointment. And every day I get spam emails from Quest trying to sell me some new test. It's like they think they are Amazon. If you have a choice, go someplace else.

Make an appointment. Don't make an appointment. Doesn't matter. You will wait. We always make an appointment and we wait 30 mins past appointment time. They have slots available every 10 minutes which is so inaccurate. I've been in an empty lobby with no one being served and still waited 30 minutes, one while the 3 girls had a team meeting on how to "bring satisfaction up". How about trying to be on time with appointments?!

I got poked twice by the same nurse Ashley in booth 2 and no blood came out of my vein. both time hurt so bad that she had to pull the needles out. I do blood donation and never had issue with blood drawn before. In the end, another nurse Penelope took my blood and it was okay. This nurse Ashley didn’t even say sorry. Last time I got my blood at booth 2(not sure it seems like it’s by the same person), I had bruises for 2 weeks. Also last time I had to pay for parking because they don’t validate your parking? Just park on la cianaga and walk there

INCREDIBLE. The absolute worst staff and Quest diagnostics anyone can go to. The employees need to get it together. Don’t work in healthcare if you don’t have the heart for it. To turn down an individual who is CRYING for help with not a care in the world to AT LEAST provide the bare minimum which is EMPATHY AND KINDNESS and this place couldn’t even provide that.

If I could leave a 0 star review. I would. The people here are extremely unkind and rude. Especially an older lady with black hair and short side bangs. With the amount of horrible reviews this place needs new management, new employees or just needs to be shut down. Take your money/ time elsewhere

Do not go here! Total waste of my time. 1. Said they couldn't find my appointment 2. Was really rude 3. Said to come back and make appointment so I did 4. When I came back they said they called my name and didn't 5. Then said they couldn't find my doctors request in the computer 6. I called my doctor and put them on the phone, doctor resubmitted in their computer system and they said they still can't find it. 7. Told my doctor to fax it over again and it would take hour. 8. I left after being there hour! 9. Please save yourself the headache and find another quest. 10. I would give this negative

I tried using their mobile system for an in home appointment - Not a good experience. They charged me $55, took my appointment "request" and then scheduled me for a completely different day and time, never sent a confirmation and only upon calling because they did not show up did they mention the revised schedule date and then tried to charge me $10 to correct their error. Waste of time, I know it sucks to go in to Quest but ultimately the in home option was even more of a time sick.

I came in 10 min earlier and the lady who saw me said my order was not in the system. I said if I could call my doctor and be seen after getting the order. She shrugged her shoulders and said yes. I called the doctor and got the order. She then said that I had to check in again as a standby and then she'd see mee. I did and the system put me in a waitlist scheduled almost an hour after my original appointment. I told her I couldn't wait that long because I had to go to work. She said there was nothing she could do because my name appeared in the screen. She also said she'd call her supervisor. I said that was fine, but ofcourse they'd leave me waiting for longer. At that moment I just knew I didn't want to be serviced by this lady. Her name was Angela, and I know I will never come back here again.

Horrible customer service. To make just a question she make us check in. We don't even went to do any exam we just need to ask for the sample container.

Based on the low review score I didn't know what to expect but I had a great experience. The entrance to the parking garage is on Le Doux Ave. It is directly below the building. Quest validates for 15mins free then its $1.75 per 15mins so it can add up. The side street is no parking anytime. There were loads of parking spots. They say RESERVED but the small print is Reserved for patients and visitors. I made the mistake of skipping those parking spots and going much farther then I need to. I chose an early morning appt. I checked in via the Quest app via my phone. I'm glad I did because the front desk person was helping an elderly lady check-in and that took awhile. I was seen right on time. The attendant was friendly, professional and took care of everything. I brought a printout of my lab order to give the attendant and I had a copy of the pdf on my phone as well. Quest system doesn't work with every single doctor's office in t he country so I have learned that the easiest thing is to bring a printout with me or call their 1800# and confirm that the local site has my lab order. I hustled back down to the parking garage and made it out within 15mins so I paid nothing for parking. Overall a great experience and I'll keep coming to this location as long as I am in the area.

Perfect experience here and I'll definitely come back to this location if I need bloodwork. I've been to a couple Quests before around LA and this is my favorite so far. Underground parking lot is under $2 with validation. I had a 1pm Appointment and was taken in immediately. I filled things out online before I came in, so they already knew all my info, the doctor, had the order - it was so well synced. Which brings me to the only small issue I had. Their system is nicely automated with reminder texts but something messed up with it for my initial appointment. It let me make an appointment on MLK Jr Day but that morning cancelled saying the office was closed. I was able to reschedule to the next day without issue, but still kinda annnoying it didn't register the closure earlier. The whole process was super fast and easy, plus bonus points because my blood person called me pretty. Five stars easy hahaha
