The Beverly Hills location has horrible staff. One time my daughter tried something on and the younger staff member said “oh that looks cool as hell” to my 5 year old. I gave it one more try several months later and my daughter was looking at one of the bracelets while we were checking out. She tried it on and then took it off and moved it along the countertop creating a small noise. The middle aged worker checking us out said “are you buying that?” In a very rude tone and when I said no she scolded my daughter in front of me telling her she could possibly break it and to “put it back” very aggressively. The clothing selection is ok but there are plenty of nice children’s stores in LA that have friendly/kind/tolerant staff!

Loved the clothing! The staff was super lovely and even wrapped the presents I got beautifully.

What a letdown and what an awful set of owners!! Shopped here several times Bc as someone who had a small business for over a decade, mom and pop shops have been in some trouble in LA lately and I'm more than happy to help neighborhood shops. Not the best selection of kids clothes but went in several times and even told friends with kids about this little store. The owners (seems like a husband and wife team) just awful! Even my daughter who recently turned 8 told me after our last visit, "mommy they were so mean". That says a lot, as that's a rare comment coming from my kid. Went to exchange, not return an item after it was too small and the female owner could not have been ruder. It was pretty disgusting. Spent over 2K here and she was soo rude about an EXCHANGE. Last season clothing for far more than standard retail markup. And to top it off, they follow you around the place as if you're a criminal. G-d forbid you touch anything, she gets bent over backwards if you mess up her piles. She clearly can't stand kids. Very rude to my daughter who asked to see a bracelet. Why would you own and operate a children's clothing store if you hate kids? Then follow your clients around like they are thieves, completely disrespectful and arrogant. With tons of children's clothing stores in the area, why would anyone shop here?! Peace out Ragg Tattoo.

So, I really want to like this store but can't get over the ridiculous return policy. Apparently I've been having bad luck with baby stores because this is the second store I've had this issue with (the other store is State of Kid that I ordered from online - see separate review). I came in to Ragg Tattooa couple months ago and purchased a full price outfit at around $80 and an adorable swimsuit that was on sale for $25. When I put the swimsuit on my baby, I noticed the crotch had sticky residue left over from the plastic safety lining, almost like it had melted there. I took it to the dry cleaners to see if they could fix it and they said they couldn't. So my husband took the swimsuit back to the store and told the sales lady it was defective and we would like to exchange the item or get a store credit. They said no, all sale items are final! We are so miffed that we don't want to go back. Now they've lost a long-term customer (my baby is 10 months). I love shopping local to support small stores but can't get over how poorly these stores treat customers. I cannot recommends this store and urge you to fully inspect the items you purchase there or go to the children's department at Saks Fifth Avenue down the street.

I went to get some clothes for my new niece and this store was recommended to me by a friend. I know nothing about sizes for children and they were so helpful in helping me pick out appropriate sizes for the seasons. Not only that, but My sister in law loved the products. She thought everything was so cute and soft - perfect for the baby. I'll definitely be returning for future purchases.

Nasty owners. Make you feel like a criminal just walking around or asking a simple question. Don't waste your time or money. Go to Auntie Barbara's down the street instead.

DONT GO HERE!!! I have had many bad experiences with retail stores, but this is by far the worst. Here are some reasons this is the worst kids clothing store ever. 1. Workers not even wearing masks! 2. VERY overpriced clothing. And for what? A literal piece of fabric designed for kids? 3. Didn't let my daughter in the store with her friends without an adult, keep in mind she is 13and her friends are 14 4. My daughter was fat shamed and told by a worker that she wouldn't be able to fit in any of the clothes and didn't let her at least try them on. 5. While my daughter and her bigger friends were not allowed in, her skinnier and smaller friend was accepted into the store and was allowed to try on clothes. As you can tell, very disappointed. Don't recommend

Every time i go here i regret going in. The staff and the owner hover over you like you're going to steel something and their attitude is apparent on their faces. Go somewhere with a better owner and staff.
