We are perfectly happy with Sandy's as our go to Beverly Hills salon. In a way it's fairly stripped down and simple, but they do a very nice job and are absolutely as friendly and caring as can be. The shop is clean and neat with all the usual amenities like spa chair for pedicure and wide selection of products and colors. They pay Wilshire Blvd Beverly Hills rent, so naturally we pay Beverly Hills salon prices. At least at Sandy's, you get Beverly Hills hospitality in the deal. I will keep going here. Will you try it and let me know what you think?

Sandy did my acrylic nails herself and they are the best nails I have ever had - seriously! It was at the end of the day and she took me in with no appointment last minute which was super sweet. She was sooo nice, the place was immaculate, and the rest of the staff is also very personable and funny to chat with. I had a great time!! And right in the heart of Beverly Hills - I will definitely be back! My nails are literally flawless too - not too thick, but still STRONG, not lumpy or mis-shaped, and she gave me a free gel top coat! Love her.

I read the comment about Sandy's beauty salon and I'm a very regular long term client over there and I over heard Sandy talking on the phone that she is willing to fix the problem even through she hasn't seen the nails yet but she kept on postponing the appointment so if she really wanted the nail fixed she should make sometime to come and get them fixed . Everybody here have there own schedule , the girls are busy here also so Sandy was willing to work around her schedule but she tried to threaten Sandy that she will put a bad comment on Yelp . I read about this and it bothered me to see this comment which is not right and not fair

I came here for a gel manicure and pedicure and paid $115 dollars. My pedicure chipped on the first day and my manicure didn't last more than 6 days. I was at another nail salon getting a wax done and she asked who did my nails because the job was done so poorly. I was already upset but having someone notice made me even more bothered because I paid so much. I called to see if they would fix it but sandy was not in. My schedule is all over the place because I have my own company and meetings come up last minute all the time. I called two days later on Saturday to see if I could get in to have it fixed and sandy obliged. After I got off the phone I scheduled a meeting and had to call back to see if I could come Sunday. She said they weren't open Sunday and Monday would be too long. I said I could send a picture so she could see what a terrible state my manicure was in but she refused and said she could not work around my schedule Monday and literally talked over me the whole time saying if I couldn't have come in before then it was my fault. My schedule is insane which is why I get a gel manicure in the first place. Customer service is paramount for me and at that price point you should accommodate your clients if there's an issue. I had obviously called multiple times and if she couldn't fix it someone else working there should be able to. I shouldn't have to work around Sandy's schedule it should just be fixed.
