First, the management is always looking to provide the best possible customer service. They always greet me and my husband with a nice smile no matter how busy they are. I have found them to be very helpful and solution oriented to any question or inquiry. They are ideally located in the heart of Beverly Hills and have the BEST hours of operation for the their customers each day of the week. The facility is very clean and well-maintained. “I've had an address here for years now that I use as my primary business address . I travel most months of the year and Beverly Hills Postal Place makes sure I get all my mail without interruptions. I pick it up while in town from a friendly and professional staff . But one of the best services I utilize is they forward my mail to me once a month , where ever I am in the world with a quick phone call and the address I am currently . Love these guys and their great service .”

“I have shipped my personal packages as well as my packages for my small business countless times over the last six years, printed and gotten a Notary, and all I can say is this is THE one stop shop--five stars!! They are a great, efficient team, give you useful advice when you need it, and are SO nice. I recall once shipping a piece of art across the country they not only gave me an amazing deal, but packed it safely and with the utmost expertise. I never wrote a review, and upon deciding to finally do so, I was perplexed. I consider myself good friends with the owner of this location and have personally witnessed his gratuitous, good-hearted nature, so reading bad reviews regarding him are sure to be nothing short of slander on account of an unreasonably angry customer. You must not take these reviews into account. Bad reviews are only natural for service-related industries, but some take slack when they don't deserve it, especially because good reviews are much harder to come by. Absolutely love this place--it is EXACTLY the kind of business that this world needs.”

“I've enjoyed the convenience of this boutique size fedex office for years. the staff has always been helpful & I'm quite fond of rachmon who is a fairly new staffer. sadly, I learned today fedex is closing this location. now, the closest fedex will be the main location on wilshire. like many locals, I don't relish the idea of having to drive to that office. for now, I'll likely start using the postal place across the street from this fedex office for my drop offs. losing this little fedex is kinda like losing an old friend... beverly hills is slowly losing the quaint little village feeling that we all enjoyed for years. best of luck to rachmon who will now be working at the sunrise & vine location in hollywood.”

“Very small store so if there's more than 3-4 people, you'd have to wait outside. They have a drop off box conveniently located outside the store so for simple matters you don't have to go in.... But be careful as items don't always go down easily. Parking right in front but often congested as there are many other businesses in the same little mall. Many people just park on the curbside which adds to the confection.”

“Impressed. I normally go to a much larger newer location in the valley and they’re not nearly as helpful. Upon walking into this one on Olympic, a gentleman named Michael greeted me upon arrival. He was so friendly and helpful. I needed floor plans printed and he knew exactly the size of typical floor plans and just had me email them and he took care of the rest. He was also helping other rather impatient clients and answering phones. And he did it all with a great attitude.”

I'm not saying the bad reviews are false or exaggerated...but I like to set the tone with a friendly hello...then receive the same in return...and it's all uphill from there. Simone assisted me and was sweet & friendly, advised which padded envelope I should purchase to ensure safe & proper delivery...and she even offered me a piece of candy :)Made sure to arrive today mid-afternoon = post lunch crowd/prior to closing to have something shipped to Newport Beach. I avoided the usual crowds and was the only one there -- but once I completed my task, the line was beginning to form. YMMV at this particular BH Post Office Branch...but it always seems to work for me because first impressions are everything. And it works both ways.”

“I am so happy to have found this company.Mike is so professional and really nice.It was getting close to tax time and Mike assisted me with finding the quickest way to get my paperwork to my CPA. I needed to return something to GAP that my mail lady took but it was returned to me instead.I thought it needed to go to one address and very nicely Mike asked "are you sure?" And then he let me know the return address he usually uses. I figured since he owns a postal service company his insight was better then mine and sure enough I got notification GAP received my return!! I use a walker and Mike is very accommodating to let me come in and use his facility like anyone else. That makes me feel great. I highly recommend this business to everyone! Mike is a pleasure to deal with.”
