They are ideally located in the heart of Beverly Hills and have the BEST hours of operation for the their customers each day of the week. The facility is very clean and well-maintained. “I had major problems mailing a package from the Studio City post office to Cincinnati. They acted like they didn't know how to do (or wanted to do) their job. I should have come here, because this UPS Store is very well-regarded by my uncle, who uses it all the time. I needed to mail something else to Cincinnati, so I use the store for the process. I was so happy to do business here. The guy behind the counter was very friendly, very helpful, and was even apologetic for what the post office did to me, even though it wasn't necessary for him to do so. If I ever need to mail important packages from LA again (and I'm sure I will), then I will certainly use the Beverly Hills UPS Store from now on.”

“Very small store so if there's more than 3-4 people, you'd have to wait outside. They have a drop off box conveniently located outside the store so for simple matters you don't have to go in.... But be careful as items don't always go down easily. Parking right in front but often congested as there are many other businesses in the same little mall. Many people just park on the curbside which adds to the confection.”
“We stopped in to get 12 copies printed of a presentation, and Glenn the office manager was running the whole store alone but still helped us in every best way! He was friendly, professional, helpful and enjoyable. Glenn definitely saved the day for us! Thank you Glenn!”

“I am so happy to have found this company.Mike is so professional and really nice.It was getting close to tax time and Mike assisted me with finding the quickest way to get my paperwork to my CPA. I needed to return something to GAP that my mail lady took but it was returned to me instead.I thought it needed to go to one address and very nicely Mike asked "are you sure?" And then he let me know the return address he usually uses. I figured since he owns a postal service company his insight was better then mine and sure enough I got notification GAP received my return!! I use a walker and Mike is very accommodating to let me come in and use his facility like anyone else. That makes me feel great. I highly recommend this business to everyone! Mike is a pleasure to deal with.”

I'm not saying the bad reviews are false or exaggerated...but I like to set the tone with a friendly hello...then receive the same in return...and it's all uphill from there. Simone assisted me and was sweet & friendly, advised which padded envelope I should purchase to ensure safe & proper delivery...and she even offered me a piece of candy :)Made sure to arrive today mid-afternoon = post lunch crowd/prior to closing to have something shipped to Newport Beach. I avoided the usual crowds and was the only one there -- but once I completed my task, the line was beginning to form. YMMV at this particular BH Post Office Branch...but it always seems to work for me because first impressions are everything. And it works both ways.”
