“I ordered a new motor linkage and motor at the beginning of December, I received the motor linkage on the wrong side on March 25th, 2026. I've called several times, left a message, sent emails and wasnt able to speak with anyone in regard to making it right. Today (04-01-26) Ray gave me a call regarding my order. He took the time to diagnose the problem and ensure I would be able to switch the linkage over (another place told me it wasnt possible). He even was diagnosed an issue that prevented me from ordering a new motor. Initially I was frustrated and disgruntled because of the situation. Ray corrected the issue and apologized for incorrect information someone else provided.”
