“Had 2 packages to drop off on a Saturday afternoon. I had pre-paid labels printed for both so can't speak to pricing. The guy working was super helpful and friendly. One of my packages was a heavier box. I brought packing tape but he helped me seal up the box, and put my label in an envelope before putting it on the box for me. Gave me receipts for both packages and I was on my way very quickly. I would come back here in the future.”

I come here almost every other week to get copies for work, music and miscellaneous prints to copy. Location is great, free parking in the back near Hollywood. Clean inside and fast service! Prices are pretty cheap compared to the UPS store down the street on Western avenue. A lot cheaper than bigger Office supply stores.”

Greg and Christina who now run the show are extra efficient and nice and offer a very up-to-date sophisticated service.They will notify their customers via email when they receive a package! They also continue to have many of the services that were offered before; including mail-forwarding, key-cutting, fingerprinting, Notary Public etc. Highly recommended.”

Usually I just stand at the door and he'll put on his mask while I wait. Today he didn't and because of that, I decided not to walk into the office. He came to the door to give me my package. I mentioned I would not come in if he had no mask in. This is where his attitude flared and he said, "then don't ever come in". I was shocked that an owner while be this way to a customer but ok. So I asked him if he was the owner. He said yes. I asked for his name and he refused. After a minute of back and fourth, he started raising his voice to me. This is where I pulled out the camera, as I post on social. After this, he gave me his name. Tigray, whether you believe in masks or not, your clients do and the city mandates it. I will report you to the city next time, as it is the law!”
