A friend and I had lunch together! What an amazing experience! So beautiful and really friendly staff too! It was really cool seeing (the outside) of the Marilyn Monroe villa too!!! Cute shops and I bought a cute bucket hat in one of the gift stores!

It is incredible how in a seven stars hotel like the Jumeirah Burj Al Arab in Dubai , you can take pictures from outside the hotel, even if you are not staying there. And in this simple hotel, with no luxury, the security doesn't allow you to do it. I don't know why this place is famous because it looks like a old hospital in a 3rd world country from outside. Awful. Happy to be staying at The Biltmore Hotel.

Amazing hotel! I was extremely taking care of during the entire week of my stay. They made my birthday extra special with thoughtful gestures throughout the day starting from breakfast and even at the pool.
Spa staff is amazing even though the area should be a bit bigger. Same goes for pool staff, hair salon and the Foutain, they were all extremely kind and caring. 10/10 will definitely be back and can only recommend!

I have only dined here and bought items from the gift shop . However , I will be staying on a staycation soon. Everyone I encountered was kind , friendly and knowledgeable. I have not ran into any rude or snobby staff as described in other reviews. The hotel grounds are immaculate , they have done a great job at maintaining and preserving such a beautiful piece of LA’s history.
I see that some reviews have complained about a dress code, I personally think the dress code is refreshing to see. I was raised that when in Rome do as the Romans, well when you’re at the Beverly Hills Hotel you do as they did back in the day and make yourself look presentable. I don’t care how laid back and casual you think LA should be, this place is classy and elegant. It’s also refreshing to see that based on the reviews, they don’t care how much money you have, if you lack class and decorum you aren’t welcome. Some people can’t be bought and I absolutely respect that! The negative reviews are absurd and the claims of racism from certain reviewers are also absurd. The man who redesigned the hotel back in the 1940s , Mr Paul R Williams , was a black man. The signage “Beverly Hills “ on the outside of the building is in his handwriting. Just thought I’d add that because the unwarranted accusations are from people who don’t even know and love this place. Don’t come here if you lack respect. If you love history and long for a classier era and the finer things, welcome to your second home.
