Had problems every step of the way. This dealer wanted a $100 deposit, wouldn't accept my friends debit card for actual expected usage (7 miles total). When I returned vehicle, before closing, girls in the office would not close out the ticket. Had to return Monday morning to avoid $20 fee. The gentleman I dealt with Monday was very helpful. If possible, I would never use this dealer again.

Superb service from Cindy... I dealt with her on three different occasions and she solved system errors and other issues with total competence and a very friendly demeoner. Van was new and clean.

STAY AWAY!!! Made a reservation by phone using their listed phone number. Showed up to pick up the appliance dolly to be treated rudely and dismissively told that they did not have one on site. Wasted my time, my gas money, and did not care that they did.

Manu is the absolute best - I have used this convenient location several times for various moves. Its always a stressful day, and he always manages to put a smile on my face while making the day a bit easier for us. I highly recommend. Uhaul isn't always the easiest to work with, but he'll help get you where you need to go. When my location services weren't working right during dropoff, he handled it all for me. Thanks so much for your help!

I made a reservation for a truck here, and when I arrived they said they didn't have any trucks when I got here and to try another location. The girl at the counter gave me a really rude attitude and was so mean for no reason.

First they cancelled my reservation when i was minutes late picking up, then they charged me an additional day for dropping off 10 minutes late. Manual drop off process did not work. Not nice not friendly, a total rip-off. AVOID!

After previously using Budget I really enjoyed dealing with Uhaul. Very nice V8 truck, easy check in and out.

Reserved a truck. Was given with false gas information and wrong picture verification. As I parked on the side street to take pictures I wanted to cancel the order and was told that I "left" the facility and will be charged the amount of daily rental for that 5 minutes that I was busy to dispute pictures and gas. Shame of service

I would leave no stars if I could. Showed up to a lot for an important move. Filled everything out online as requested. Showed up to a lot and an open lockbox. Couldn't reach anyone. Stay away.

Made a uhaul reservation, got a confirmation email, called ahead to make sure the van was there. All confirmed. Fine. So I thought. I showed up via Uber and they claimed to not have a reservation. They didn’t have any information about it. I showed them the email with their physical address and my reservation confirmation. They didn’t care and walked away from the window dismissively telling me to call uhaul. I called the same number again and someone else answered at uhaul central and they said the van is 4 miles away at another location. No apologies or explanation for the change. They lied about calling to inform me the day before which they never did. Why would I show up here if I had received a call not to? No compensation for a second longer Uber ride to the next location. Nothing. Whether it’s uhaul or their employees that are dishonest at best, I suggest taking your business elsewhere. They obviously don’t want yours anyway.

I'm not sure how much more straight forward I can make this. I booked a van online and got a confirmation. I showed up to the location the receipt told me to go to. The sloth and literal awful receptionist at the counter said there was simply no reservation, even when I showed him the physical receipt(?????). I then got screwed on my moving day, delaying the process by two hours. I typically never lose my patience, especially involving anyone in the customer service field. The attitude was just kind of unbearable and there was little to no fault being taken on their end, which was definitely the most frustrating part as a client. Just go to a different location, clearly this one needs some extra training.

Don't bother making a reservation, they will call you less than 24 hours before and tell you they have no trucks. And by call, I mean they will text you asking you to call them. Reserved a truck on Monday for Saturday and now it's almost 2pm the day before and I'm left scrambling to find a new truck.Do you have any trucks available?No.What's the point of making a reservation?I can't answer that.Change your name from U-Haul to U-Aint-Hauling-Anything-With-Us
