Branch is closed due to COVID, and the closest actual branch is on Fairfax. Beware of the ATM. It swallowed my card for 30 minutes, and is not working.

We needed to make some changes to our business account. There were five people working at this branch. Or rather not working. Drinking coffee, talking on the phone. Not one of them could help us and we heard not even a hint of an apology. 5 people standing around doing nothing. And not a single "I'm sorry" to be heard Who would want to bank at a place like that?

Terribly understaffed. Normal business hours and literally no tellers working. Only two people working at desks having lengthy conversations with customers and seven people waiting in line to talk to someone. No explanation or apologizes from the staff. Presumably not the fault of the little bit of staff here, but someone did a poor job of managing this place today. Really poor customer experience.

Friendly, & helpful staff, easy parking and little to no wait times to see a teller. I enjoying using the branch as my main US Bank branch.

I went to this location a couple of days ago to make a withdrawal and had what turned into the most embarrassing experience I've had in my life. I've never been treated this way at a bank. When I approached the teller, he was very polite, soft-spoken, and kept the account verification process professional and secure, as tellers should when customers are giving confidential information. All of my information was ok, it's just that the branch where the account was opened made an error in my ID number, so the teller had to call one of the desk reps over for approval. She's a long-haired brunette with long lashes and looks like she's either Armenian or Hispanic. She came over and initially she was decent, but then just because of the error, she started giving me the third degree. I cringed in humiliation as she LOUDLY - total opposite of the teller's approach - LOUDLY asked if I've lived in another state, how much was the deposit I made the other day, etc., etc. Now I've been to other branches who within the past two weeks that have NEVER treated me like a criminal: once they saw my ID and social security number, the money was in my hand in 5 minutes. This woman at this branch shouted for everyone to hear, "Let me call the other person on the account!" Dialed the number ON SPEAKERPHONE, where EVERYBODY can hear the line ringing and when the person came on the line saying "Hello?", the rep picked up the receiver. But even with the receiver in her hand, she was so LOUD in front of her coworkers and the people in line behind me, saying to the person, "I'M CALLING TO GET AUTHORIZATION FOR ********** TO MAKE A WITHDRAWAL FROM THIS ACCOUNT. DOES SHE HAVE YOUR PERMISSION TO WITHDRAW?" I was mortified. See, you get what you give: she was cordial at first so I was the same to her. But as this humiliating interrogation and background check was going on, words can't describe how sick I felt. She's asking for "permission", like my name is nowhere on the account and I'm a criminal presenting fraudulent information. The co-owner of the account told me later that they let this tactless rep know that they didn't need to be called because I'm co-owner and can take as much as I want. With her behavior, anyone would think I just walked in there yelling, "This is a holdup!"

Nicest bank ever Vanessa, Olga and Hilda. Very friendly and helpful. Been banking here for years and don't plan on stopping.

This review is for Vanessa Ramos. Someone needs to give this lady a raise or a promotion to General Manager. I have never worked with someone that was this friendly this thorough or this patient at a bank before. She was absolutely amazing. I needed to get a loan and was going through a stressful time and she made the process amazing. Getting a loan can be anything but peaceful and somehow she made the experience painless clear and was very informative and answered all of my questions. You can tell she really cares about her customers, looks into everything you ask of her and is so thorough. She literally gives every customer a hug and a warm welcome. She should train all US Bank employees as I have never met a banker, assistant manager, or manager as amazing as she is.

I have only visited this branch twice, but was overwhelmed with the lovely and positive "hellos" from all the staff at the front. I am looking forward to coming here more!

I have recently opened an USbank account, things seem pretty normal until I have tried to have my bank statements,it is a hassle to get a bank statement in US bank ,costs me almost $6.00 for a copy, and the app is also not user friendly, unlike Bank of America or chase etc

Always a friendly smile from the tellers, who usually remember me by name. And, both Arby and Vanessa are top-notch at their respective jobs: warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile whenever the need arises.

U.S. Bank is probably the second worst bank I've ever had to deal with. I opened an account at this branch back in 2013. At the time, I was planning to move all my accounts from another bank across the street to US Bank since I had already opened a Health Savings Account here. They recommended that I open a checking and a saving account and use the saving account for overdraft protection. I really didn't need a saving account but I agreed. In addition, they told me I needed to keep $1000 in my account to avoid the monthly maintenance fees. So everything was good until about the end of 2014 or the beginning of 2015 when there was a large withdrawal from my account which I hadn't even authorized. That's when they started to charge different fees. Apparently beside the savings account, they had also opened a separate line of credit for me and used that as an overdraft protection. And when they transferred money from that account, they charged me a fee. In addition, they raised the minimum requirement from $1000 to $1500 to avoid the monthly maintenance fees. At the end of 2015, since I still had my account at another bank, I decided to close my account at this branch. So I went to the branch and withdrew all the money that was still left in my accounts and closed both my saving and checking account. Now it appears that did not close the line of credit account (and I have no idea why) and they continued to charge me a monthly fee for it. When I called the branch to inquire about this, they told me to call their 800 number to talk to the customer representatives there. When I called their 800 number, they told me I needed to resolve the problem at the branch. The issue was never resolved and they started reporting my account as delinquent to the credit bureaus (something which I've never had before). So if you like dealing with incompetent bankers, this is the bank for you. Otherwise, I suggest to take your business to another bank. There are plenty of other banks that would love to have your business and treat you with respect.

Very friendly staff who take banking to a personal level. There's rarely a long wait. The tellers are personable, friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to answer all questions I have. Fantastic branch with a fantastic team.

I was referred to Michael Mor for a loan for a home construction. He is the private client relationship manager. His supervisor is Michael Lewis. I bank personally and for my business (medical) at 2 other banks. One of the first things Michael told me was that wanted to earn my business not just for my loan but in all my banking needs. I would be able to call through a private client number as well. Sounds all good. I was able to get one loan through them for a lot LESS than I was expecting, but that was the best they could do. I had an issue with putting a deposit in wrong account and the "private banking line" was NO help at all. As my construction on a new property continued I wanted to get another loan on a property in which is 100% paid off and I have ZERO payments. 3 months of back and forth giving more and more paperwork and updating my statement and financial statements. I even put $20,000.00 in the US bank account as a show of good faith for future banking needs.I received a call that loan will go through the following week. I get the call the following week that the loan was denied. I won't disclose my financials but I have a successful medical practice with money elsewhere. I have NEVER missed payments on anything. I spent 3 months back and forth trying to get an equity line on a property with 100% equity and no payments as a bridge loan to complete construction. The funny thing is that the 20K I put into the account would have paid 100% of the loan payment for over 6 months. Thanks for wasting my time and my money. I will NEVER do business with this bank. Look elsewhere for banking needs.

Honestly I think everyone is great at US bank. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the people that work there. I've had a credit card with them for years and they have been absolutely wonderful to me. I pay off the amount every month and I get tons of reward points and I get gift cards. Phil Evans was my financial advisor and he was very personable and was on top of everything, he was a pleasure to talk to and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He would call me personally and we would discuss things and sometimes he would just call to make sure that everything was okay and that I didn't have anything that I needed to discuss which I appreciated. But... One day I got a phone call from a teller in Palm Desert. Apparently someone I try to cash a check of mine in a very large amount. I assured her that I knew no one by the name of Miss T. And I most certainly had not written a check for Miss T. The teller told me that this woman had come in to the bank and had apparently forged a very good looking check. And knew that my checking account was still in the one hundreds. Let me even get closer, this person had a check of mine that was 130 and I had just written my last 2 checks as 131 and 132, so this was too close for comfort. How does this person know so much about me.? Okay so I dodged a bullet. Thanks to a wonderful teller, she would not cash the check because the signatures didn't match. Much appreciated I will say. But weeks went on and I never heard from security. It would have been nice for security to call me and say we've been looking into who's been looking at your account there's not much else we can do. They should have looked online to see if anyone had access to my account and who was that person because it could have been a bank employee. So I waited weeks and I decided to pull all my money out of US bank. I'm sorry Phil I really am because I really liked Phil the best. I'm not really sure what happened but whatever, the minute I took my money out of US Bank I felt much more comfortable.I know that we are FDIC insured, I don't want to go to the headache of having to wait until an investigation is cleared. No drama please. Thanks for reading
