There is 8-10 people in line and 1 person helping, 4-5 other employees at their desk that are just looking around, are they not able to step in and be tellers for 10 minutes so we can avoid spending close to an hour to make a simple transaction, plan to spend at least 30-40 minutes for a simple deposit. WELLS FARGO IF YOU ARE READING AND WE KNOW YOU ARE, PLEASE DO BETTER.

This is the slowest Wells Fargo in existence.... ever..... always a long line and they only have 1 or two customer service reps available on the weekdays. EVERY. TIME. ???? give yourself a half hour to plan to be here to do one quick thing with a cashier. You’d think they’d have more reps at the service desks but no. It’s the same 1 or 2 people. With a huge line behind them. I’d take a photo for proof as I’m actually writing this as I stand in line... but I don’t want to be disrespectful of others.

Horrible horrible experience nightmare these people they will get your loan 3 months later they will tell you your loan application is denied even though they got all the proper paperwork lots of income they just pass on your application to 10 different people so you're always talking to different people in the end you have to pay for your appraisal and credit application and other stuff meanwhile you spent lots of time filling out the requirements wasted your time money and they don't care they're not lending you it's all b******* nobody takes care a pass on your loan to other people you don't even know. Lies after lies I do not recommend this Wells Fargo for your loan at this time no matter how hard they try to tell you how good they are no matter what promises they make you. Expect a rude awakening from unprofessional people.

From the moment we walked in everyone was amazing, starting with the security guard to the employees there. We sat down waiting to see something, and we were approached by two different employees asking us if we were being taken care of. Then I sat down with the banker Tom Ferenczi and he made the whole process for me and my sister so easy and smooth. And he was very friendly and professional, more people need to be like this. His professionalism and positive attitude is unbeatable. I've been to other Wells Fargo branches, specifically the one in West Hollywood on sunset blvd and they could learn from this branch.

Horrible experience here, specifically with Alejandra -- she did not know what she was doing. I guess she is new at this but instead of admitting she doesn't know what she's supposed to she got nasty. We had an appointment to see her as a notary. First, she was late and took her time even after she was told we were waiting. Next she started saying she needed to read everything the document was about. Not true. We only wanted a notary for verification of the signature, not an affidavit. She doesn't understand the job and instead of admitting it or figuring it out or finding out, she just refused to do it without clear reason. She botched the part she did do and then claimed that she wasn't allowed to do it. Ok, maybe call over someone who can/will. She tried to make us jump through a lot of hoops and in the end she still refused to do it. A total waste of our time. The entire process with her took over 40 minutes. She was extremely rude on top of not being knowledgeable. Then, shockingly (and apparently quite deliberately), on top of it all she stiffed us on the parking validation -- not giving the proper amount of validation for the time we spent there. To further highlight the contrast of the horrible 'service' we received here, down the street is another branch (same bank, same rules) with a knowledgeable notary who did the entire job, pleasantly to boot, in less than 10 minutes. Bottom line. Do not go here. And if you do hopefully you won't have the misfortune of dealing with Alejandra.

I'm a very loyal and consistent client to this Beverly Hills Branch. I went in to get a cashiers check today and the teller ( who was nice) explains that there is a fee of $10 , I asked if the fee could be waived so she calls the Service Manager ( Sandra Simonian) over and she says "I can't, but you can go to Rite Aid and it's cheaper" first off why would you tell a bank client they can go to a drugstore for a money order when I already bank with you, secondly I had no intentions on going to RITE AID , I wanted to take care of this at WELLS FARGO MY BANK!! I thought that was completely rude, and assuming that I was was looking for a cheaper option as opposed to the principal of the situation! Im definitely contacting their customer service too. Out of line

Awful experience for business: lack of efficiency, support and customer caring. I will never refer neither my business network, neither any of my friends to make business with this bank. Yelp indicates this branch is closed, but it is not. The correct address is 433 N. Camden Dr. - Suite 505, Beverly Hills, CA 90210. Just to make sure to avoid it.

Was directed from upstairs to the Wells Fargo Security guys number. He was beyond rude. Details of his incompetence does not interest me. Perception is reality. His actions reflect poorly on this branch.

Disappointed by the service I received by phone. Rep was rude and didnt seem interested in assisting me. I've been a Wells Fargo member for a few years and never experienced this subpar service.
