Been sitting out front for almost an hour waiting to get in. Multiple people have tried to get in but doors locked regardless of them being opened. There’s a sign that says be back in 10-15 mins but we waited over double that time with no one coming to the door

I go here every day for a fountain drink but today the cashier was very rude very unprofessional with tattoos all over her face. Talking down to me like I'm some little kid.

Called this location looking for gas prices as I wanted to plan out my trip for the day. They fell pretty close to where I would need gas next. Of course I want to go where the prices are most reasonable without getting garbage gas. I called and asked for the price of their diesel and the employee told me they won’t give me the price over the phone. Turns out they were among the cheapest and this would have been where I stopped, but after that little line of garbage the employee told me I decided to go elsewhere. If they aren’t going to promote their gas prices and be proud of what they offer then they don’t need my business. Consider going elsewhere for your gas. All of the stations around them willingly told me their prices over the phone.

the ampm in big bear lake had a shockingly rude employee who was getting mad at the ampm app on my phone because it wouldn't scan, the 5th time he scanned it it worked I said "thank you" he said "f*** you" I was shocked I said "did u just say f*** you?" he said "yes don't come back" I turned around to the people in line behind me and said can u believe he just said f*** you to me? 2 replied I don't doubt it he is always rude then a few other people were disgusted in his behavior in all my years I have never been treated like that. And will they do anything about it? Nope he will keep treating customers like that because they allow it
