“Had good service experiences both times. Good people. BUT...The quality of their house brand parts is not great. First Camry alternator only lasted 2 years. The replacement for it had stripped threads so the threads had to be repaired before it could be installed. Have also received poor quality Toyota Matrix cv axles that fit and worked but required a massive effort (slide hammer) to remove (when it was time for another repair) because the machined c clip tolerance to clip into the transmission was incorrect.”
