Usually pretty helpful finding the parts you need. Open later than the other parts stores. Keep a good selection of oil and such.

They have nothing, of the times I have been there they have only sold me the oil terrible service you can only order online if you are a mechanic and a constant customer.

Had good service experiences both times. Good people. BUT...The quality of their house brand parts is not great. First Camry alternator only lasted 2 years. The replacement for it had stripped threads so the threads had to be repaired before it could be installed. Have also received poor quality Toyota Matrix cv axles that fit and worked but required a massive effort (slide hammer) to remove (when it was time for another repair) because the machined c clip tolerance to clip into the transmission was incorrect.

Nick, the sales manager was very helpful in guiding me as to what kind of electric switch I needed for my battery in my jeep. He was kind, professional and very knowledgeable. This was by far the best Auto Zone I have ever been to and will be the only one I go to...thank you Nick!!

I needed a new battery and Santiago was amazing!!! He helped me get the battery I needed and even installed it in my car. The bolts were kinda sized and it was not an easy job but Santiago was able to do it. I would highly suggest this store.

I been double charged for a led bulb that I returned and now my rewards are overdrawn and no refund. Customer service says 5 minutes wait 22 minutes with nothing on hold still
