They were super rude to my family and I even as I purchased stuff from there. Didn't greet us nor say you're welcome or thank you. Incredibly rude and they watched us the entire time we shopped the store even though it was full of other people too. Do not recommend. Go to one of the other many gift shops in the area

The cashier was so rude. I greeted her when I went to make my purchase and she just stared at me. Between my purchase and my mom's purchase, she didn't say a single word and practically threw our receipts/purchases at us. It was like we were inconveniencing her. The name on our receipt was Cathie.

If I could leave a 0 I would. Right from the bat the lady was rude and giving us looks as we walked through the store. Not to mention we tried our best to fold the shirts as they were but she came up to us, gave us a dirty look, and nodded her head as she walked away, it did seem racially motivated. Big Bear Outfitters down the street has way better selection and friendly staff go there! Don't shop this store!!

Absolutely horrible staff!! This one worker was the rudest employee I've ever encountered. She was falsely accused me and my boyfriend for shop lifting. We're locals and have gone in that shop countless times. Safe to say we won't go back!!

Looks like they’ve rearranged the store for more spacing but looks like they are carting even more variety than before. Staff very friendly and helpful. Been going in for over 22 years and still the best quality stuff and prices in town.

I’m a return customer went in recently as I forgot to pack PJs! Owner was so helpful even though she was closing up for the night great attitude I go there every time I’m in town Walked out with the cutest pj pants and tank. new stuff too

We went in this store to buy sweatshirts and other clothing. One of the two women working asked us to sanitize our hands at the door before shopping....so we did. This particular little woman sat by the door and treated us like we were going to steal something. Her attitude was insulting because we are not the type of people that steal; we have money to buy what we want. As we were looking at clothes the other woman behind the counter made a comment about our masks. She didn’t like the way we wore them apparently and whipped out a can of Lysol and completely sprayed it directly over us. She then proceeded over to the other little lady guarding the door and whispered to her. We left! Very rude and unwelcoming women in this store. We were ready to buy a BUNCH of items. Their loss!1-15-21 at 1:15pm.

Place was cute and had exactly what we were looking for - big bear coffee mugs. We also got a long sleeve shirt that was very nice and reasonably priced. Had magnets, post cards, and the usual things you would find.

Took the family up to Big Bear for a 2 day stay recently. Purchased a shirt and some bear slippers for my daughter here. We damaged the slippers in the dryer. I called and they were very helpful on taking a order online and quickly shipping the exact same slippers that my daughter. Great service.
