Not a great experience. The person/owner was rude and treated us like he had better things to do then help us. We went to another printer and had a very pleasurable and rewarding experience. He never called us back about our job, which was fine with us because we had our job completed quickly and with professionalism.

They neverto respondo any requests I made. K asked on the phone about business cards, postcards everything and I waste the owner wasn't around amd the lady who nanswred couldn't answer one question even regardkng lrices ir what they cluld do. Means their staff isnt trained only looks like one person knows. So just email them she said instead.I did 2x never heard back so I had to go somewhere where else for all my business. Im not goingbtl chase a company im busy i dont have tine to mess around. I had high hopes for a local company I always support them however I can't wait. It's still two weeks and never heard back. I won't walk in now because I've already started somewhere else and if I'm not important enough to calm me or email back then I don't need to fight to give them thousands of my. Kkalny dollars. Its their loss. Its just the same price online anyways and I was able to do it myself as I wanted it.

If I could give more stars I would! They did great with my Aunts memorial photos and they were able to accommodate our requests in a short period of time. Dan and Tiffany had great customer service and were very professional and created beautiful murals from photos we shared with them. It really made the service that much more beautiful. Thank you!
