Big Bear Marina is an awesome marina located in a great spot on Big Bear Lake. The customer service is excellent, and everyone working there is really helpful and friendly. The process for boat rentals is very easy and quick. Visitors can rent pontoons, including standard and luxury options, which are comfortable and pet friendly. Boat tours are available, where knowledgeable captains share the history of the lake and show celebrities' homes. The equipment is great, though some note the fishing boats could have more power. It is a fun experience for a relaxing and beautiful day on the lake.
