My mother, brother and I all have boost. We used to have Verizon, they're the biggest ripoff I ever had the misfortune of doing busy with. We all absolutely love our oost service, the customer service and the owner, Jeff. Fantastic guy to work with. Have never had a problem. Thank you Mr. Jeff for the great service you do for so many people in this area of big Bear City and the surrounding area.

Jeff the owner is a great guy great customer service honest guy anytime I had an issue he would go out of his way to help you. Definitely would recommend boost mobile in big bear great deals great phones and products.

I have lived in big bear 27 years and a customer of this store for over 10 year I called today 8/22/22 and spoke to a male who said he was the owner. I explained my issue and gave my account number, this person hung up on me, saying no thanks. I called back left all my information and account number on voice mail. Everything changes and apparently even the customer service here. I remember the old owner who owned the furniture store he must of sold to some millennial who can care less of his customers or ex customer I will take all 36 business lines and go to t- mobile today. Would give half star if it was an option.

angry employee threw my purchase at me ( a tempered glass cover. the first one fell off) then held up the old one snapped it in two pieces in my face. He said he wouldn't put it on my phone. He did the first time. He made me jump when he broke the glass in front of me. I thanked him anyway with no reply. Worst customer service they can't provide service if your phone doesn't get a signal. they send you to Verizon and Spectrum. This sales person is rude angry agreessive and doesn't deserve to have a job with serving the public. I will never shop here again.

I paid my phone at this office yesterday and. I woke up with no service do to no payment I have to said this service is no bery good over all but on top of that this and the fact the sometimes one of the workers is drunk at work. mmm is time to switch companies again!

They open and close as they feel. Pay no attention to the sign. Anyones guess as to when they are open. Very hit or miss which sucks for people who need to pay their phone bills

Whats up guys. Sign says 5pm close. I there at 4:45 on Saturday. Nobody there. I take my business else where. This seams to be the norm. Been by three times now. Goodbuy.......
