Food was extremely cold. Had to wait for our food the employee xiara told us to wait said was going to be hot and fresh that was a lie. It was cold. The kids meal was missing fries. If we get food borne illness I will report it to the health

Usually enjoy Carl’s very much but not this time. Ordered a 5 piece chicken tenders and waffle fries through the app. Tenders although good they gave me 4 and one ball of fried batter, they did not include my sauce on the closed bag either. Got punked on the waffle fries barely got any and to top it off they didn’t have any ranch. My cheese cake was broken bc someone just through it into a bag. Very disappointed will not return to this location

- I arrived for lunch at the drive thru.- I ordered beef burrito and biscuit.- The taste of the food is good.- They accept credit and debit cards as an additional payment method to cash.- The place was visibly clean.- The service at the drive thru window was average. They gave me the wrong order.- Parking is free and small in size.

First off, time to wait for order at drive thru was slower than normal. Person at the window was friendly though second, California burgers were cold and fries were cold. Third, I ordered onion rings and was given waffle fries instead. Fourth, I ordered a charbroil BBQ chicken sandwich combo and was never asked what side I wanted with it. Was given regular fries which I would have asked for anyway. Asked for light ice with the drink and when finished it was still at least halfway full of ice. Light ice? Seriously? Also, I live aways from your location but had ordered through drive thru before and the food still had more warmth then. To be fair though I did add a shake at the window. Please strive for betterness in the future. I've been here before and gotten service and food worth 5 stars.

I saw a picture of a double burger item on the drive-thru menu that caught my attention. This burger was huge!! I've got to order this thing. It's called the Sourdough Star. It consists of 2 patties, bacon, and whatever else they put on it. I took one bite out of it and was hooked, just like that. It is the bomb burger, apart from #7, the Angus Original 1/3rd pounder, mine has got to be a double, (2 patties) but my all time favorite is the double Philly Cheese-steak burger, yep that right there is a tasty burger and hope they bring it back soon.

I would avoid this location if you were in town & I live here. There are quality concerns I hope are addressed. They actually have 1-Stars on Yelp.My food was tampered with after asking them to remake an order that was cold. I was really disappointed (and disgusting) especially working in Food & Beverage.The manager lacks integrity and lied directly to my face. He was unprofessional and I question the quality standards of this person is in charge.I contacted corporate office about my experience and hope it is dealt with.
