I'd say the place was alright. me and my mom went there to get air in her tires, so she went inside to ask for the air to be turned on which went fine. After like 5 minutes the air got turned back off though, I'm not sure if all gas stations turn it off after a few minutes or not, but I think my mom wanted to try to fill up more of her tires but she didn't get the chance to.

I live here and the Indian girl wants to give attitude when I go in and nicely ask if I can please get some air. She looks at me crazy and ask if I live here. Why does that make a difference.

They don’t accept chevron gift cards or have any integration with the chevron app / rewards. Charge $1.30 more / gallon than neighboring gas stations, and are dirtier than the others as well. Buttons on the pumps to not work to enter loyalty # - no payment tap functions.It’s in a good location to trap tourists visiting big bear that don’t know there are 5 other better & cheaper gas stations 5 min away.Invest in your business and maybe more people & locals will frequent it.

Oh my gosh after drinking a hot chocolate and eating pastries at sister my sister and being denied bathroom access, we rushed to find a public restroom location. I saw the gas station and decided to put gas and race to the restroom bracing for the worst. There was a gender neutral 1 stall. The bathroom was so clean. The lady working there at 3pm on Sunday feb 5, 23 was so friendly and attentive. She even went in to check the trash can wasn’t over flowing and toilet paper was stocked. She quickly swept it.The little store is well stocked and quickly in and out.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!!!! Go ANYWHERE but here!!! My 3yr old had to go potty, man with glasses said "bathrooms were closed because of COVID" as we were filling up (yes paying customers) we saw a couple going into the bathroom. They said they paid him $10 and he gave them the key!! So my toddler had an accident but this couple gets the key since they paid him!!!!!! I confronted him and he said the woman had an "emergency ". Now we have to rush back to hotel to change my poor daughter out of her wet clothes as she cry's in discomfort- shame on you Chevron!! He said he's the owner. SHAME on you sir!!!! I hope people take their business ANYWHERE but here!!!!!

Lady working let her friend use the restroom right before me but denied me access as a BB city worker, we even got gas and she was being rude the whole time.

There was a nice young man with dreadlocks who answered my questions professionally and nicely. He was super nice to the older gentleman before me, as well. I'm glad I didn't get the other lady in the previous reviews!

We stopped here to go to the bathroom on way to go skiing. The worker was charging people a dollar to go to the bathroom. I wonder if the owner knows that this is happening. Ridiculous

Bill was such a nice old man. We have been going there since they first opened. Today my husband got there around 11:25 am and a very very heavy set person with a mustache decided it was lunchtime, rather to wait on my husband. My husband, who is a college educated person who has owned property up here for sixty years, was told he had to wait fifteen minutes, even though my husband was ready to pay! I would have told him off, but my husband waited and got mad! He should be fired! A l*****
