Had the misfortune of needing car repairs while visiting Big Bear, and Dave's came highly recommended to me. They were understanding of the situation and were able to get me back out on the road and enjoying my trip. They were honest about the repairs needed and had great communication regarding my car.

Had to repair the same issue multiple times lol. On top of that they had left trash in my suv as well as let some sort of bird/chicken (not sure) into my SUV and crapped everywhere on my seats, floor and center console.
Disgusting!!!!
Very unprofessional to say the least. Also overheard them talk bad about Mexicans, maybe because I am white they thought it was ok,
but it’s not.

Ordered my tires from here when they installed them they noticed I was missing a couple lug nuts, they replaced them for free, another time I blew a radiator hose down the road they gave me a hose clamp for two bucks, another time my tire was low swung in and they pumped it up, this place has great service and would highly recommend.

Wow is there a way to get more stars then 5 🌟 took my fiance truck in for alot of repairs they finished it I one day,the working area is very clean & organized & the work on the truck I looked it over good very pristine repairs & the GUYS are great,my work I try to do the same,I highly recommend,also the prices. 😀 👍

stopped by to have these guys look at a coolant leak i thought i had, turned out i just needed a new radiator cap but these guys were super helpful and took the time to check my vehicle when other shops i called turned me away or didnt care to even try to help. these guys are awesome.

So I came here with my nailed tire about one hour to closing , guys there said that to come at the morning , cmon, are you serious, it sounds like joke !! So one star!! Never come to this shop guys , they work , when they want , they don’t want work and help to people with nailed tires , and it was really hard to find place in Big bear !!!! I hate this !!!

Got my alignment done here & it was awesome! Staff was quick & friendly, plus the office is pretty & peaceful. They also gave me options on what to choose based on the price!
