These guys are the Beatles of escrow companies. I need to buy something new just to realize that old fashioned service is still in stile. They are accurate and don't forget you after years might go by. I have recommended them to many buyers. I never met them in person and hardly noticed as everything was flawless.

I am so thankful Escrow Plus handled the escrow on my purchase in Sugarloaf. My loan officer was rude, unprofessional, and had no idea what was going on with my purchase. The documents sent to me by the bank, had errors, misspelling, etc. I have purchased 8-9 homes in my life. Buying a home is always a stressful situation. Fortunately, Judy kept me updated every step of the way. This was by far, the smoothest escrow I have ever completed. I highly recommend Escrow Plus to anyone who is considering buying a home in Big Bear. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Judy! You're the BEST!

We have been very disappointed with the service and competency here. Escrow Plus actually mailed another (unrelated) customer's acknowledgements to us via UPS. Very concerned about the privacy and security of our own information at that point, we asked them to send us all future documents via Docusign, and they have refused to do so, stating that they expect us to utilize our own resources printing and returning their documents if we do not want to receive them in the mail. It is disappointing that Escrow Plus is not willing to accommodate this reasonable request, especially after making such a major mistake violating the privacy of another client. This is the only escrow company we have worked with that refuses to use Docusign, and it is hard to believe they have been able to stay in business this long without implementing the technology, especially when 75% of their customers do not live locally.

Great escrow company if you don't have to communicate with anyone. Terrible communication, can't add all parties to emails or communication. Gracie can't be bothered to answer any questions nor can she figure out the [To:] part of sending emails. Judy is quite possibly the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. This was my 3rd home sale and I've purchased 4 homes. Never have I been treated like I was with Escrow Plus. My sale pays their fees and Judy was rude, confrontational & 100% unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this company to people I don't like. Business should never be conducted in this manner & it's simply amazing they continue to get business. They have to be the only escrow company in Big Bear. Customer service is worst I've ever seen. If I wasn't 3 business days from close of escrow, I would've pull my business from them. Someone got in touch with them after my issue and Gracie called to apologize. Judy didn't have the guts to do it herself. Being the owner and the confrontational/unprofessional one, she should be the one to make the call. Anyway, the "apology" was totally insincere and completely forced on them. The voicemail they left kept saying "Sorry for anything we did wrong." Which tells you that either they don't think there was an issue on their end OR they have no idea what they did to get here.
