don't go there thinking you will FAX. Not available thereUPS Store Decided to take off and close early on Saturday June 24 leaving customers standing at their door without service. Try going somewhere else and you realize Big Bear Lake does not offer other service centers. One big monopoly.

First time the driver literally through my new cell phone box at my door for delivery,now I have a pool being delivered,,,now it's taking 4 days for a one day shipment from Vegas to southern CA,only a 3 1/2 hr drive,but 4 days for FedEx,lol.My kids been waiting on his pool for days now,one day hopefully they get their sh## together.been at the same address for 10 yrs with regular delivery since we are in the mtns.useless customer support with bad attitudes.

I hate every time my package shows that it has shown up into Bloomington. I know if it shows up there it is going to be another week before I receive it, it will not be on time. Regardless of the fact that when I ordered it I was looking forward to a package that would show up on time. But no not if it shows up in Bloomington. Anywhere else it’s on time, but if it shows up in Bloomington don’t expect it for another week. So annoying especially since the package that I’m waiting for I really do need to be on time...

The local FedEx driver Robert is very nice and helpful. He is a driver that uses common sense. He knows I have dogs, so he won't come up to my door. Unlike the local UPS driver named Dana, he is a careless driver with no common sense. He likes kicking and hitting dogs in the head, so (Beware) Thanks FedEx (Robert) for remembering my name on the packages! :-)
