I Love Haus and home! They are one of the few true rustic decor places left. They are fun to work with and everyone I have spoke to is super helpful!

I have ordered from the store many times going back at least 20 years. I know alot of people have had issues getting merchandise and I was no exception as it took 1 year to get mine delivered however they provide great service and they provide top quality for the price. They are the go to furniture store in Big Bear

My wife and I were interested in purchasing a sofa and recliner. The store did not have anything in stock to our liking, so the sales lady showed us photos in a catalog along with fabric samples. We selected a recliner and was told the delivery time would be approximately 8-weeks with a price quote for the recliner, delivery and disposal charges. The sales lady gave us her business card with the price and items numbers for the recliner and fabric choice. We returned today to place the order for the recliner and for a matching sofa. We discovered the sales lady provider the wrong item number and price for the recliner, with an increase in price of approximately $400.00. The sales lady offered no apology or a price match for her error. There are limited furniture stores in Big Bear and with the service we received, we're forced to shop down the hill. What a shame.

I'm a new home owner in Big Bear. I placed a very large order with Haus & Home despite some warning signs that should have sent me elsewhere (rude staff, misinformation, quoted the wrong prices) but I made peace with it and went forward anyway. When it became clear that there were significant issues with the delivery time I was quoted that would cause my furniture to arrive far later then my actual guests, I reached out to owner to provide constructive feedback (which I as a business owner always appreciate and to ask for his help in correcting his staffs errors). Instead of reaching out to me, he forwarded my email to his employee, who emailed me an incredibly rude and unprofessional rant about how I didn't know what I was talking about. My issue two fold here being A) this isn't the best way to treat your customers B) this is a terrible way to treat your employees. And C) that did not help me or his employee (it did not even address my concerns). I reached out to the owner to express my concern of his handling my challenges as well as questioning why he would send me email to his employee, and he had no real explanation (honestly it took almost two weeks of me asking for him to even talk to me). I told him that my main objective was to get an updated, accurate delivery date, but as a second request as far as how my concerns had been "handled" so far, I asked that he first apologize to his employee for putting her in that situation, and then asked that she apologize to me. The owner agreed. This was never done, I was never updated, and my order ultimately took several months instead of weeks. Human error happens, but to me, this is not the way to treat humans, be they your customers or your staff. There are other furniture stores in Big Bear with the exact same products and the exact same price where I have had zero issues. I'd suggest you help support them during these challenging times because they deserve your business and support their community. Haus & Home does not.

I've been to several furniture shops in the big bear area and by far this was my favorite one. They had super cute items and they put the safety of employees and customers first by making sure they require masks and provide sanitizer at the door. We purchased a mattress from them and we are very happy with it. I would recommend this place to others.

It was unfortunate. We were not aware of their 24 hour return policy We assumed a 72 hr time to discern that the furniture was appropriate for our home. We purchased over $2000 with this purchase but over $3500 in purchases prior to this. A chair we bought was not the right color. We wanted to trade the chair back and order 2 more chairs and a side table, but they would not take the chair back. They did not want to set a precedent. So be it. That will be the last time we go there. Sadness, cause they do have nice things.

I didn't get her name but she was helping me with my large purchases a few days ago. She was very polite and patient. She was so precise on the order I was surprised. We really love our purchases and will continue to shop here for our new home!

My wife and I just purchased a cabin in Big Bear Lake. Tamara was excellent to work with. She was helpful, courteous, patient and overall it has been a five star experience. Their delivery fee is much lower than expected and they offer a white glove service, as well. I highly recommend Haus and Home Furnishings!
