Coffee bar for guests empty most of the times I went to get coffee . TV In our room never worked . Pool was not that clean ... Jaciy was not in service at all the lady in reception not very nice and friendly ! .... Mmm I don't know if we will come back ... The only great thing was that it was close to the shops and restaurants around .

Came in on labor day weekend and non working a/c in the rooms. Even if 80 deg outside and we open the balcony, we were still sweating even at night! They didn't inform us ahead of time about it and what can we do?? When checking in, thats when the notice is written by the front desk. Its a weekend and everywhere is booked! We paid full price $500+ for 2 nights and ruined my bday weekend. No offer for discount or anything! I asked for a fan and what they sent was not working!! Stay away from this hotel!! Run down and we regret staying here. We stayed here years ago and it was ok. Now it got worse!

They don’t answer their phone so I can’t ask a specific question about their property. Maybe it’s closed? I would hate to make a nonrefundable reservation for a place that might not be open or has such bad customer service that they can’t be bothered to answer the phone.

Wanted to leave a review in support of the staff.
Stayed a week ago, the 2 UK folk.
Check in staff and manager are excellent, friendly and really helpful.
The property is ?in Escrow with the owners not wanting to spend a penny.. the aircon has been broken for many months with a closed restaurant when we stayed. Rooms clean and comfortable.
I'm grateful to the staff for trying their very best in what has to be the worst situation...
The fans worked but we both woke at 4am hot.
All the best none the less....

Rooms have problems with heating and air conditioning. When I entered my room, it was 80° and when I complained to the front desk, the hotel manager who was being a jerk told me that the hotel has old boiler and chiller. The only thing I was told to do was to open the windows and hope for the best. They said probably getting another room wouldn’t help much.
Worst stay ever in a hotel.

This is my first time ever writing a review, but I can’t stay silent about how awful this experience was. The worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. No AC, no hot water, and honestly, the best part was checking out and leaving this nightmare of a place. IHG should seriously reconsider their partnership with this hotel and offer compensation to those who had to endure this. This is not a hotel—it’s a nightmare.

This hotel should be called the Out of Order Inn; I have never seen so many out of order signs in one establishment in my life. The list is extensive: guest laundry washer, vending machine, ice machine, men's urinal in lobby restroom, jacuzzi, dry sauna in fitness center and a big one, HVAC system in all guest rooms. The only saving grace were the employees who were kind and brought us fans to put in the window and on the nightstands and was very accommodating with regard to room requests. Oh, almost forgot: hotel experiences property-wide power surges that could potentially trap guests in elevators as I almost was. Bottom line: best to call before making reservations to see what is working and what is not.

room was so hot at night and I couldn’t fall asleep. Smoke detector was beeping at midnight. Terrible noise outside and police came. Terrible experience for our family trip.

Medium price for the area, but also medium quality and upkeep. Second room now with no AC in the middle of a heat advisory.
The pool was dirty, flies and debris floating on the surface, and green mold on several surfaces in the water.
We booked online, and no mention f the broken AC although other reviews show that it had been a problem for at least 2-3 months. At check-in the desk clerk did not mention it. And when we reported the room temp above 76-77 and no AC, he moved \us to another room saying it would work there, but no. Then a third time. Finally he said we could cancel the second day and get a full refund, and he would work with the GM to get us some refund for the first day with the room problems. Multiple other areas of the hotel in poor repair. I hope we will see the promised refund(s). On checkout the next day that desk clerk also confirmed that we should get refunds.
The response here from the hotel is that it was our fault for not noticing notices in the lobby, of which there were many for various things, is very disappointing. And after driving several hours to get there, it should have been the desk clerk to let us know that what we were billed for was not available.

I was there for an event during the day including a pool party...with no heat in the pool OR the whirlpool, it was more of a polar plunge. Needless to say, I did not return the second day.
The pictures also make the pool look significantly bigger.
My friends who stayed in a room were encouraged to bring their own fan due to the AC still being broken (see past review, it's been this way for months!)
This hotel has no business hosting events when so much is broken.
With the amount of complaints on here and the group they inconvenienced this weekend, they'll have a hell of a time repairing their reputation.

The first time I stayed here was nicer. The Jacuzzi wasn't working. Are bathroom door lock was broken. But besides that is a great location for walking to all the shops /food and saloons.
Walkability: Able to walk to the Village a popular place I really enjoy, Saucy Momma pizza in the village.

Hotel doesn't have idea what is basic maintenance and management. Smoking alarm got error beeping for whole night. Spent more almost an hour to report issue to front desk. And what they could do is just report to maintenance group who didn't work at night. And just let you to bear the beeping for whole night. Cannot sleep for a single minute. Next morning have to call again to remind them that issue wasn't fixed. They totally forgot! Totally ruin the vacation. Not recommend this hotel at all.

They couldn't get their basic maintenance done properly. The smoke alarm in some other room is beeping whole night, makes it impossible to sleep. I contacted the front desk and they can't even reach their maintenance guy. They said the only thing they can do is to move us to the room right above ours, which doesn't help much in this situation when the smoke alarm beeping so loud every 30 seconds. Horrible experience.
