“I'm a local in Big Bear since 2006. DIY is always well stocked and neat. The employees are very helpful and remember you as a customer. I believe any bad reviews about the employees are because these people shop at Butcher's Block or are from down the mountain. Please don't let these bad reviews influence you, come and see for yourself! :-)”
