50 mins in line, for horrible service. Girls are extremely slow and rude . One that made our sandwiches just said Mike's way right about all our sandwiches and did what she wanted. They were extremely messy . Will definitely avoid that jersey Mike's in the future...

Hands down the worst service ever. First I received only half my order, thank goodness I caught it BUT we had to wait another 10 mins (after waiting 25). Then we get home and the sandwich is not even what I ordered. Further it was inedible. Soggy vinegar flavor that was supposed to be a chipotle flavored sandwich. 20 dollars for a large, gross mess that is making me nauseous as we speak. I called for customer service, big shocker, no answer. Stay away!

Went in an hour before closing to get 2 cold cut sandwiches. The two employees present said that the “person who makes cold sandwiches was on break”. Jersey Mike’s, make that make sense. On top of this, why is the employee on break an hour before closing?

We are out of town-ers and we appreciate the fast and friendly service. The ambiance was quiet and the restaurant was clean. The food looks delicious.

Almost didn't to this shop based on recent reviews but I'm glad I did. The service was great and the food was good. It was what you expect from a jersey mikes. The ladies working this evening were great and deserve some praise.

Had steak and cheese sandwich. They claim to be better than subway. First time I had one, was very good. Had one recently prepared by a man with longer black hair. The steak is cooked to order, unfortunately when he pulled the steak off the grill for my sandwich, he pulled a lot of grease and moisture with it. The bread was soaked in grease, making the bread soggy. They also slice their meat and cheese with the same slicer without cleaning in between. Gross-contaminating all meats and cheese. Does not appear to be very healthy. I would not eat there again, if this is the type of subs they serve.
