I had the pleasure of working with Paula last year to sell a family property in Big Bear. She was absolutely amazing! We were not easy customers, and coordinated thought texts and emails. Paula was very responsive, she got the house ready for showing, and listed it in a timely manner. She was easy to communicate with and patient with all our requests. When the first few offers fell through she persistently worked to find buyers for property until it sold. She is a very professional real estate broker that knows the market and I would not hesitate to use her again for my real estate transactions.

When we purchased our cabin Paula was the sellers agent. She had nothing to gain by helping us out in transitioning to our new 2nd home, but she went way above and beyond helping us out. So when the time came to sell she was the obvious choice to help us out again. Paula is extremely responsive and wonderful to work with. If you are either buying or selling in the Big Bear area, don’t even waste your time with anyone else. Paula is amazing!

The sale of my house had a lot riding on it and I was very pleased that I had Paula to work with. From the very first signing to the last document, she was right by my side. The house was priced well and I am very happy with the sale price. She is very professional and I had the opportunity to she how she interfaced with other buyers of other properties. Never once did I hear a negative remark about her service, it was always a very good experience. Her office staff was truly the best to work with as well and she made sure the relationship between me and her office staff was great and timely. I would use her again and again to represent me either as a buyer or seller. She made a big difference in my life with the outcome of the sale of the house.

Had an amazing experience with Paula selling our cabin in Big Bear, she is a truly PRO and it couldn't be better. Our cabin was in "OK" condition, however, needed lots of TLC to bring it to "buyer-appealing state". So instead of investing time (that we didn't have much because we wanted to sell it this summer) and money, Paula's recommendation was to focus on the most attractive features of our cabin - such as location and large French door with ski slope view. She even rearranged the furniture to open the large floor-to-ceiling windows and bring the nature and natural light in the living room. Our cabin sold fast, even for the higher price that we initially thought.Superior communication skills, deep knowledge of the current market situation and the buyers' base. Highly recommend!

Paula recently helped my wife and me purchase a beautiful home in Big Bear which we are delighted with.Paula was very quick to respond to our request to view the property. She helped us through some sensitive negotiations and kept the deal moving forward to a close.After the escrow closed and during our absence, Paula returned to the property several times to supervise the installation of a new oven and it's required cabinet alterations. She continues to be available to us when we need recommendations for services such as plumbers, electricians, cleaning services and general advice.Paula is an agent the keeps informed of every sale in the Big Bear area and is constantly aware of current market conditions.My wife and I recommend her with complete confidence.
