“John is a fantastic realtor and just great all-around person. I jokingly call him the mayor of Big Bear because he is incredibly dialed in up there and that is super important with a realtor. He knows the area, knows the market, and knows people when you need help (inspectors, repairs, remodels, etc). Above all, he is SUPER responsive. He is always incredibly quick to call me back and/or reply to a text. He also goes above and beyon the job, and has helped me out personally more than once. He even met an appliance delivery person at my place when I couldn't be there, which I hope this review doesn't lead people to ask him of that all the time. But my guess is that he would do it for you. He is just that type of person. Goes out of his way to help you. Personality wise, I also appreciate his calm demeanor. I have dealt with realtors who are exciteable or pushy, and he is neither. He is calm and calculated as you weigh your decisions in negotioations. “Heather is a very persistent, smart, and hard-working Real Estate Professional.Initially when I started my home search in Big Bear I didn’t have a realtor so was contacting the listing agents directly. Heather follow up with me on one of the homes I was interested in. At the time I was only dealing with listing agents and let her know my plans. Heather took it in stride and made a witty remark that made her stood out. As time pass she was persistent in keeping in touch with useful buyer information about the area.It was a sellers market when I was doing my home search, when offers were coming in at $50k-$110k over listing.
