The owner of this place is five stars. I called the day before and she happily answered all my questions. Also snaps dog a website that you can do your paperwork ahead of time and reserve your gear before heading up the mountain. Yay for a working system! When you get to the shop be ready to sprang about 3 mins for a fitting and rental. Worth it. The shop was chaotic but it was a system the owners seemed to have down. So no complaints here. Thanks for a great rental experience and good price. Must better than the rental price from the resorts. Rentals are about $25-$30 depending on the package you choose. Totally a good inventory selection if you are looking to buy anything related to snow too. We will be back. ❤️

Small family run shop. Not a lot of parking in the back, so if it's snowing a lot or a busy weekend, it may be tough to park in the lot in the back. The equipment is older, but it gets the job done. I did notice though that the boots were a little stinky. When I arrived and I said I had a reservation, the young girl who works there couldn't find it, but she had no problem just signing us up there and then. Customer service was a little interesting I will say. I get it's a mom and pop shop but the customer service skills were a little lacking. Decent pricing though and I had a fun time on the slopes. I unfortunately wouldn't choose to come back to this shop though.

PROS: Great priceFriendly service (from Mia?) Cons:- my boot had a leak, happens and they were quick to fix it as soon as I returned it- owner of shop didn't let me get on wifi when my phone wasn't able to open google maps. not apologetic, just an abrupt no and didn't offer to help find my airbnb. There were no other guests there so it was kind of weird but all good.

Good price but awfully slow service. Took 25 minutes of being helped to actually get out skis, employees move very slow. Show up early if you want to get to the mountain at open

I promise this review is absolutely late. I've been coming here for 5 or 6 years while bringing friends and family and will continue for years to come. Hands down some of the best customer service I have experienced in any business. Always friendly, professional and timely. I would chose them over any place on the mountain for price alone but that great energy every time I come is why I come back.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE Hands down worst business I've ever been to. Went with my girlfriend to rent skis and boots for her. Both of us ski and she wanted some higher end equipment so we asked for the sports package. After sizing her wrong three times with 2010 model boots and not knowing what mondo point sizing even is, the old lady (owner) tells us they don't have what we want and yells across the store (their done!) after this we went and got demo rentals down the street and had a great three days on the mountain. Here is the kicker. They call us five days later asking when we will be returning the skis...how on earth do you run a business and not have accurate records of what inventory is out? They are clearly an old mom and pop shop who refuse to update or learn as new tech comes out.

Went here because it was close and got decent reviews. I have no idea how they got good reviews. This was the worst, albeit, strangest experience I've had at a ski/snowboard rental shop. we got there at 7:56 am (opened at 8:00), but there was a bright, big open sign, so we headed on in. The older man told us they're not open and to wait til they were. Kinda weird with the open sign and the unlocked front door, but we waited the 4 minutes til they were open. I recently sold my ski's to get ones that would fit my needs, so I went for the "sport" package. The first boots they gave me were nice enough, but there were 2 sizes too big. I told the teenager working there, that I need to go down to a 23.5. She looks at me in confusion and says they don't have half sizes (the shoes I had were a 25.5). clearly she doesn't know what Mondo sizing is, nor do they differentiate between men and women's sizing, because mine were clearly a size 7 M. I gave up explaining and asked for a size 5 M. Now these boots were clearly very old and used. I pointed this out, explaining I got the "sports package". Now the lady comes in and tells me these are brand new, high end boots. I ask for another boot anyway, at which point the older male asks for my size, and then hands the 25.5 (7M size) boots I had already tried. At this point, the older women's upset and says we need to go somewhere else -- they don't have what I want. The older man was still trying to figure out boot sizing, and the women exclaims, "they're done here", and we awkwardly pick up our stuff and leave. I have never been talked to so rudely as a customer. I went to Blauer and picked up some skis from there without a hassle. Days later I get a call saying I haven't returned my rentals. Thinking this is Blauer, I state that I returned them appropriately. They explain they never got a credit card from me or anything. Finally realizing this was the first rental, I explain I never rented from there. She hangs up and that and she hangs up. I have never been to a place with so many incompetent teenagers and adults. I have no idea how this place is still in business. By far the worst customer experience.

Good prices and equipment. But, we had some rude staff to deal with. Also, be warned, they close PROMPTLY at 5:00. The resort closes at 4:30, so you will NOT GET A FULL DAY OF SKIING IN WITH THEIR RENTAL EQUIPMENT. While they do not hide their closing time, we just assumed we would have time to ski until the lifts closed, take the shuttle back to our car, and drive to return our gear. When we realized this would not be the case, we gave them a call and asked about a drop off location. Unfortunately, the employee was super rude when we asked about this. I would have given a 5 star review had this employee not been so rude. I respect a family business wanting reasonable hours, but please do not be rude. There is no need for that. Also, if your family business happens to provide rental equipment for snow skiing, you may want to consider hours that allow your customers to snow ski for the full day. But once again, the 3 stars is for the rudeness, not the hours.

The definition of a mom and pop shop. Freindly service, a formilar face every year and a good rental for a good price. Been going here every year nice to go to formilar place with people who remember you, and you remember.

Great prices, not far from snow summit, friendly staff. Cons: ski boots smell, jackets are kinda old and not in the best shape

Easy and affordable rentals, but AVOID if you are at all concerned with COVID safety. Staff flouts local rules—out of four employees, only one was wearing a mask fully (a second one’s was half-on, and no masks at all for the other two). Also saw a maskless customer leaving when we walked in. Because it’s a ski rental place, you have to be in close proximity to staff so this is a no-go. We’ve rented here before, but will go elsewhere even after the pandemic because of this disrespect for customers’ safety.
