This phone number does not go to this Spectrum Store, it goes to the corporate main line. I do not need to speak to corporate, they can't answer the question...only someone at this store can. This is highly infuriating and extremely poor service. And to whoever posts the management response, if you direct me to a corporate facebook or twitter, there is a special place reserved in Hell for you,

The hours posted on Google and Spectrum's website say open until 8 pm. Got to the store at 6:02. Apparently there are new temporary hours and they closed at 6. It's fine if you need to change your hours but is it too much to ask to post updated hours online?

4 employees on hand each day we came in. We upgraded to iPhone 15’s and we got a fair deal on our XR trade ins. Pleasant experience I’m happy to report.

This was the worst experience I've ever had in an establishment the salesman's are totally worthless and know nothing other than how to sell phones. Since they piss me off so bad I'm not even going to bother walking in there again to take back the phone I bought.

Only one employee on a Saturday , 3-4 people in line waiting over 45 minutes for service & watching people buy phones and open new contracts... Very time consuming transactions to wait in line for… They need more staff during busy times

Spectrum Sucks with their overpriced, slow upload internet and employees with bad attitudes. I have been asking Spectrum for years to increase their terrible 10mbps upload speed and they have always said "NO!" So now I am getting Frontier Fiber with 500mbps upload and telling Spectrum "NO Payment For You!" Go pound sand Spectrum! You are not ripping me off any more. You finally have some competition.

They charged me for spectrum TV when my fire stick is not even compatible with the app when I called and complained that they said too bad!$500!

I signed up for the 1GB service and all though they tried for a couple of weeks to get my speed up to that level they failed. They are selling a service they can not provide.

Been in here 6 times over the course of a week.Bought a phone from them and they've been unable to connect it to service.Won't take the phone back -only times it's been touched is by store repChristine has been greatRich- the manager- is rude and condescending. Cut me off every time I tried to express my concerns and frustrations. Finally said he'd fix it and come back in 2 days. Here 2 days later and rich isn't here as promised and has left 0 notes for his staff.There's also a rude and arrogant guy who looks like he lost a fight with a bottle of bleachI've now wasted 5 lunch breaks trying to get them to either activate the phone they sold me or return it

Bought a phone from the store. Have been told to come back 3 times over the course of 2 days to get it service and they have failed to get it connected to spectrum network. Won't take it back as return despite being UNUSED despite the sales rep setting it up (not with service, just turning it on).Also told me the promotional rate (I'd signed up for that week, supposedly good for 1yr) was expiring next month.On top of all this the rep accidentally turned off internet at my address while trying to return outdated modem, impacting my partners work from home ability.What a joke of a company. Can't work their own tech and predatory contracts
