We have a shared mailbox where the postal worker puts everyone’s mail in their individual boxes. If they have a package that won’t fit in the box the worker takes it back to the post office and you have to go pick it up. They could just put it on your porch but I guess they are just too lazy.

I'm a PCT Hiker and had a supply box mailed here, as well as mailed out a package. There were no hassles, and the employees were concise and friendly. Got busy for a moment, and the line was moving a little slow, but I've never been to a Post Office where that was not the case.

This post office never delivers packages. They just put a “Sorry we missed you!” note in our mailbox every time. Our house is about 50 feet from the mailbox. I don’t understand why they won’t deliver packages. We have a Ring cam, so we know with certainty they’ve never attempted to deliver our packages.

I ordered something from my company. That didn't give clear definition who was on the ship there and by the time it got here from China. After 2 months, they shipped it with USPS directly to the address. But because I am not on any po box. They sent the package back. It's not my fault for the shipping to them i put my address postaal service is the lazy service now they should not even be a service anymore !!!

So, first and foremost, the people who work here are amazing and I really appreciate them. They are helpful, courteous, friendly, and competent.
This said, the USPS in general in this town is an absolute nightmare. Packages often get sent here because the USPS refuses to deliver to most homes in this city. When this happens, it can range from difficult to impossible to get a hold placed on them so we can pick them up at this USPS location.
Calling the phone number provided won't help, you will spend over an hour on hold and they will (at best) tell you that your package is actually out for delivery (because that's what it always says). Locals know this is a lie, because there is no delivery... but USPS's support branch is clueless, and will at best give you a direct phone number for this location.
When you call this direct number, you typically won't be able to reach anyone, and you just get a "sorry, memory is full, please try again later" prompt from a robotic voice.
I spend 5-15 hours a month on this problem created by the USPS refusing to deliver packages. The fact is that online ordering is essential for a small town like this (not everything is available here), and countless sellers online don't tell you what service they use... so you either give them a PO Box and most carriers (UPS, Fedex, OnTrac, etc.) can't deliver to you, or you give them your home address, and the USPS packages (around 15% of orders in my experience) don't arrive, and need to be routed or re-ordered with special instructions.
It's a nightmare, and I don't understand how a city with over 18,000 residents has this problem. We get over 3 million tourists every year as well... so there's so much money coming into this city. Why can't we at least get good customer service from the USPS main support line that understands our problem here? The USPS has created this problem, and their support simply isn't aware of it. It's incredibly frustrating.

They wont deliver amazon or any packages to your door! Instead they say its a undeliverable address!! Even though ups fedex and all the others have no problem getting out of their vehicle to walk up to the door and set a package down!! Ridiculous! I paid extra to have a package delivered so my son could have his work clothes and they said it was not a correct address! Which is a lie and then returned items to seller! NOT COOL, i have a mailbox too not a po box like other homes here so whats their excuse! Lazyness!!

Almost every time I receive a package via USPS someone from this post office has tampered with the packages. Just today I received this package that someone had slit opened before putting it in my mailbox. This has happened too many times already and I am not just going to accept it anymore. Something needs to be done about it, and someone, whoever is stealing things from within the US postal service needs to be found out and fired, possibly even sued. Not cool!

Do not expect above-and-beyond service at this post office. For the most part, you will get your mail. The hours it opens are a mystery. It depends on employee availability. The hours listed on Google and the door are not accurate. The operating hours for Saturday are from 1-2 pm as of the date of this review.

The post office refused to give my friend their item and what's crazy is that they live 3 blocks away from the PO and still refused to give them their item. Shame on that place!!! NOW I HAVE TO SPEND MORE THAN EXPECTED. Shut this place down.
