I have not had anything serious through this post office. Mail the got returned to sender were incorrectly addressed. Staff has always been patient and helpful. Christmas time it can get congested. The problem I have is all the repetitive things like brochures, excessive political rhetoric, and ice. A small price to pay... read full comment

I came in to pick up a few packages from Amazon when I was up here in August and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I just came in again this week to pick up another package for general delivery because a lot of homes in Big Bear do not have mailbox delivery. I find that very bizarre. Quick efficient service. No complaints.
