Mike towed my Liberty CRD to his shop to professionally replace the alternator and went above and beyond to troubleshoot my engine light problem. I found that he charged a fair price for his expert service and will return.

Charged for an oil change and never got it done, nor did he apologize! We are seniors, He's very rude and condescending! Even though we always used him! Watch out people he is a thief!!

Excellent customer service. My car broke down while I was on vacation in Big Bear. Advanced Auto was able to repair my car promptly so I would not get stuck on the mountain. I would recommend these guys to anyone in town!

Was on vacation and my Montero Ltd service engine light came on with the traction control light too. I was worried that it was not going to make it home. They took the time to bring out their scanner and checked out the error codes even though they were busy attending to other vehicles. Greatly appreciate their concern and professionalism. If I'm out here again I know where I am going for car service. Made it home safe. Thank you!

These guys are awesome! Came up for a vacation with the family and my brakes failed, thank god we made it up the hill beforehand though! We had some lessons planned on the mountain for my girls AND we were leaving a few days later, but when I explained the situation they took my truck right away and we still made the lessons on the mountain in time.Even better, my truck was done before my 3rd run down the mountain haha! They killed it on time and saved me from worrying about getting my family back down the hill safely.Highly recommend these guys, and I will definitely keep them in mind when I’m around or know of anyone that may need anything in the area. This is the shop to go to! I never have to question whether or not I’m being quoted too high, or if I’m actually getting the work done that I’m paying for! Mike and the guys are always pleasant to be around. They’re truly efficient. If you’re told that your car will be ready at a certain time. It’ll be ready by then.
