“Our check engine light came on during our first night in Big Bear, and we were worried about how it would affect our trip. After taking our car to AutoZone, we found out it was an issue with the EGR valve. We called several places around town, but no one would even look at it unless we paid a minimum of $65 for their own diagnosis and most couldn't fix it until the following week.
Then we called O's and spoke with Oscar. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem the same day for a very reasonable price. Oscar's quick and efficient service got us back on the road and allowed us to enjoy the rest of our trip without any more car troubles.
