“Had a double flat tire near stanfield. Called for roadside thru my insurance (USAA) - within 10 minutes got a call from Drew at panorama to discuss the incident. Within 20 minutes I was loaded up and given a ride home before dropping my car off at the shop of my choosing.
Professionalism in practice. That’s all I saw. If you need towing help in big bear I can say that panorama did right by me with this incident and would gladly call them again If needed.”

“was off-roading up in Polique Canyon to catch the sunset with some friends. i broke my front drive shaft last week and the new one is finally arriving tomorrow so i got stuck here without 4x4. got my front left tire stuck in a hole so my rear right tire ended up off the ground and would spin freely (damn you open dif). tried a bunch of things with my friends but couldn’t get the truck to budge. that’s when i gave these guys a call, explained my situation and texted them my gps coordinates from google maps. eta was a little more than stated but that isn’t anything i’d complain about. the older gentleman that came out was friendly and got me out in less than 5 minutes. reasonably priced (thought it’d be more lol) and even gave me a little discount since i just needed to be winched out! savings these guys in my contact list for the next time!”
