“I live in LA area my aunt had an abandoned truck parked in her driveway for 2 wks. in Lake Arrowhead. I called to see if there was anything that we could do as we were told it's an HOA issue. a local tow service wanted to charge a few hundred dollars to tow it a few miles. I called Panorama towing who was referred to me by a friend..I spoke to the owner, Lee! so happy I did! Lee and her dispatchers drove an hr. to my aunts cabin , hooked it up and towed it back an hr. to BB city. ( not to mention the street is extremely narrow). they went above and beyond anyone's expectations as far as I am concerned. Oh, and at no charge . Lee explained how everything worked with the towing fees. what an honest lovely lady! I highly recommend this company! they took care of everything. Big shout out to you and your staff! much appreciation from family and myself!”

“was off-roading up in Polique Canyon to catch the sunset with some friends. i broke my front drive shaft last week and the new one is finally arriving tomorrow so i got stuck here without 4x4. got my front left tire stuck in a hole so my rear right tire ended up off the ground and would spin freely (damn you open dif). tried a bunch of things with my friends but couldn’t get the truck to budge. that’s when i gave these guys a call, explained my situation and texted them my gps coordinates from google maps. eta was a little more than stated but that isn’t anything i’d complain about. the older gentleman that came out was friendly and got me out in less than 5 minutes. reasonably priced (thought it’d be more lol) and even gave me a little discount since i just needed to be winched out! savings these guys in my contact list for the next time!”
