“Miguel (other review) pretty much says it all. But let me tell you how GREAT this family can make your HORRIBLE moving experience a MUCH better experience. (Excuse my typo/grammar, I'm EXHAUSTED). Location was marked, making it easily to locate! Once inside you are personally greeted with a smile, EVEN when they're eating lunch!! He promptly put away his lunch, even when I told him I'd wait, and helped me!!! He got me squared away with the paperwork/billing, took us outside, where the equipment was clean and waiting!! He checked everything, showed us got to use, how everything works, and many times told us to call if there ANY issue! My only recommendation would be to get some moving supplies to sell, they don't expire and you can earn more revenue (and movers can get what we need:) I really appreciated this families attitudes and PERSONAL service! I didn't find this much in Big Bear, OR ANYWHERE very often, so please patron good people and keep them in business!!! I wish this family nothing but the best, THANK YOU for being AMAZING!!!”
