U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
1221 E Big Bear Blvd, Big Bear CA 92314
“I had an outstanding experience thanks to Dawn. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with professionalism, kindness, and a genuine willingness to help. She went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free—answering all my questions, walking me through the options, and making sure I felt confident with everything before I left. What really stood out was her patience and attention to detail. She didn’t rush me, and she took the time to ensure I had the right equipment for my move. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and it made all the difference. Dawn is a true asset to U-Haul, and I’ll definitely be coming back here for future rentals because of the excellent service she provided. Highly recommend.”
