“Awesome and helpful vet. I was visiting from LA for the weekend when my dog had a bad reaction to some anti anxiety medicine prescribed by my vet back at home (who was not helpful when I called). The VCA front desk listened and managed to talk to their vet before they left for lunch. The vet provided helpful information to manage his symptoms. They also provided recommended ERs should his symptoms get worse.A+ for empathizing with a panicked owner and being helpful with no charge over the phone. My boy is healthy!”

“We visited Big Bear for vacation and my dog needed subcutaneous fluids because she has chronic kidney disease. I made an appointment and they were kind enough to schedule me with the vet tech. He was great with my dog and I was in and out very quickly and efficiently. I very much appreciated them doing this for a visitor and will be back on future visits!”
