To Lex, though she or he will likely never read this: the parking lot attendant of which you speak is not employed by or associated with the Big Sur Post Office or USPS. That said, I'm apologize for the way he treated you. There is no excuse for such behavior.

Andrew & Eric run this Post Office immaculately. They are always friendly & punctual. As a local, I couldn't be more thrilled to have such a great team organizing & protecting our mail.
