“We have a new LG stacked washer/dryer in our rental in Mammoth and the dryer stopped drying. I reached out to Marvin & Sons over email and got a phone call from Monica that day to schedule a repair 2 weeks out. After we spoke she sent another email with details and questions, "Will you be present at the appointment? Is there a property manager? Do you want the technician to call you for approval of the prices to fix or do you want to give us a price cap to work from?" Her workers called the morning the day they were going out and then called to give me a status update. There was an attention to detail I appreciated knowing I wasn't going to be at the house. I'd recommend them to anyone without hesitation.”

“I did not end of purchasing anything but they have a great selection. Oh my goodness the ladies who were working when I went in were fabulous. They were super sweet and very informative. Answered all my questions while smiling the whole time. It's hard to find a businesses where the employees are smiling. I didn't feel uncomfortable like I was bothering them. Would definitely go back.”
