“Honestly 5 stars all the way. im never going back to a regular bank again after switching here a few years ago.
They actually remember my name when i walk in and the teller asked how my dogs recovery was going which i thought was so sweet. i had a weird issue with my debit card not working on a weekend and they got it sorted monday morning in like five minutes no hassle at all...
The rates are way better than what big banks give you and the app is simple enough for my dad to use which is saying something. only thing is the lobby can get busy around lunch time so i try to go later in the afternoon...
but yeah love this place they treat you like a person. everybody i talk to around town banks here and its obvious why.”

“l found this bank branch to be friendly and helpful. I've been banking with them in Mammoth Lakes for about a year now. I have not visited any of the other branches. The website and mobile app are not as usable as some of the larger banks; like Wells Fargo or Citi - but that is to be expected. The website and app are useful for basic needs.”
