Everything you may need for home projects to industrial applications. Friendly people glad to help. Prices great and they have a wide selection of flat, angle, square, sheet, diamond plate metals. Plus PVC and irrigation piping along with irrigation valves

Best local spot by far for tools and hardware, staff hit the trifecta: friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working. Don't go to some corporate hole like ACE.

Brown's saved the lawn watering day! Brown's has phenomenal customer service! And they had the part that no one else had! And they had it at the counter for me! And the price was excellent! My yard sprinkler system hasn't worked right since I turned it on in the spring. So, yesterday afternoon, after the sun went behind the trees, it was the heavily favored sprinklers versus underdog hoomin. I had purchased a replacement head for the big-problem sprinkler head. I grasped the head, started turning, and it came off unexpectedly easily -- with the flexible sprinkler riser attached. Crap! Even worse, the flexible sprinkler riser had split. It'll have to be replaced. And I didn't have a spare! The nursery went out of business and Brown's is closest hardware store, but, stoopidly, I tried the other three hardware stores, first. Nope. Nope. And nope. I called Brown's. Brown's had it! But it was frighteningly close to quitting time. I told them I was on the way. For a moment I worried that I might hit some red lights. Stoopid me: I hit ALL of the red lights. "Why do you think they call them 'stop lights', anyway?" I raced across town and arrived *AT* closing time. Even though it was closing time, the Brown's clerks were amazingly gracious. They had the part, there, on the counter, waiting for me. The price was excellent! So, not only did they have the part, they had it ready for pickup, and at an excellent price -- with great end-of-the-day attitudes! Epilogue: At home, again, I resumed the battle, and, after 15-odd minutes of fighting PVC below the water table and water-borne sand clogging the tee, I finally made the connection. Removing the sprinkler core parts and manually running the system for one minute easily flushed system -- and geysered the roof. Today, I went back to Brown's to buy something to fill the gaping hole around the sprinkler. Yes, they were waiting for me. "There's the sandbags. The gravel's outside."
