I stopped by earlier today, and the persons name who helped me was Julissa and she was a great help. She got me a new phone, case, and screen protector and it was the easiest part of my day. It was a huge help.

Jullisa was very patient and understanding with me as I'm quite the novice when it comes to this. Not only was she helping me, she was helping another customer at the same time. Quite the multitasker. She is a great one. Don't lose her. Very professional.

Liza was/is fantastic although I was there for some time she never gave up but searched every avenue available in order to solve the problem. It turned out the problem was not with the new phone but was due to a change 3-years earlier in the account of which there was no way for her to have known. Last resort was to call Technical support. She never got upset, stayed professional until the problem was solved. I would recommend her to assist you as a customer. All of the people are knowledgeable and can help you with whatever you need.

Went in our local bishop store and Julissa helped me with my huge issue with my phone. She was so patient and didn't give up until we were able to transfer information to a new phone. We were successful and I'm so very grateful for her time. Thank you again

We had so much anxiety about getting new phones because we are not tech savvy and we were worried about losing data when we traded our phones in but Julissa made this anxiety prone visit more pleasant then we ever could have expected. She was so knowledgeable about the whole process. My sons phone was so old and broken but she got everything transferred so smoothly I had planes to spend hours there we were there for maybe 40 minutes such a weight off our shoulders to have new phones that have all of our data on them

I went in to our local Verizon store to trade in my older phone..... I felt very fortunate to get Liza as my very own personal helper !!! Everything went smooth as I was promised. Didn't lose any of my information or PICTURES from my older phone. Thank you so much Liza...

Was not aware that my replacement mini wifi had been delivered to the store. Instead of calling me to pick it up, they sold it. Now having to wait for one to be delivered to my house, approximately 6-8 weeks. Not good customer service in this instance.The ladies in the store receives a 5, the person who sold my device gets a 0.

Nora was extremely knowledgeable and and knew the true meaning of customer service. She explained my options, found discounts and was incredibly personable. She made me feel important and was there to get me the best in equipment that will meet my specific needs because of my job. She listened to my needs and got me what I wanted not what she thought I should have! She was super efficient and walked me thru the basics of my new phone before I left and said to call her with any questions. You are very lucky to have such a personable and professional employee! I will be recommending her to my friends.
