FedEx driver caught taking photos of my back yard. He was caught on our security cameras doing so. This is extremely unprofessional and why is he taking photos of my backyard?? Is he planning on stealing something? Get better employees!

Worst shipping in the Eastern Sierra. Don't bother with anything shipping through fed ex . Numerous attempted deliveries where there was never a single driver or truck to be seen on my cameras. And good luck trying to contact a supervisor, just an automated run around and a call ended.

Why send me an email saying that my package, that has to be signed for, is going to arrive during a certain 2 hour window if it’s going to be many hours after the time window? I wish I could choose which delivery company gets used when ordering online.
