Usually my absolute favorite grocery store- this specific location. Great selection and friendly staff UNTIL today.
I felt that Susan was very rude. As I approached her register, since she was the only register open, there was one gentleman in front of me and he has ONE item (bag of peas). I had my hands completely full so I set a few thing on the edge of the register. She almost immediately freaked out on me and asked me if I'm with him. I answered no, I'm not, but I simply needed to set something down. She said "that's why we have carts" ? (I don't like carts because of the germs).
Then she said we re supposed to wait to be called. For God's sake there was ONE person with ONE item in front of me. And literally no one behind me- Sunday evening, NOT busy.
It's a bummer because I LOVE how awesome ALL the other cashiers are. But after a 2 day backpacking, as exhausted and malnourished as I already was, this wasn't a pleasant interaction. Do better Susan.
