I have recommended Julie and her whole team at H&R Block in Bishop, CA to multiple people, including my best friend, who is thrilled to have the same level of expertise, kindness, and compassion. I live about an hour away, so being able to go over my taxes by phone and uploading documents to the link she sends me is fantastic. My Tax Pro, Julie, always provides an excellent level of service with professionalism, understanding, and great diligence. She doesn’t just rush through, she takes her time to go over everything with me, she has excellent attention to detail- catching and checking every deduction for my small business to maximize my savings! Office is dirty, dilapidated, and the help is unprofessional and untimely. Just, no. I walked out of my appointment, clearly displeased, and my tax preparer came after me to hand me Starbucks gift cards? Seriously, I wanted my taxes done, not diabetes.
