An initial repair of my RAV4 Prime had been done at Carson City Toyota which due to faulty workmanship practices caused further work being required and the car had to be towed to Perry Motors in Bishop, CA. where the corrective work was completed to my satisfaction. The service department staff was helpful in reporting that the Carson City dealership was responsible for the expensive followup repair. I am pursuing legal action to recover costs from Carson City.

I have taken all my past and current vehicles to Perry's for service. Always received good customer service. A few minor hiccups in communication, which were quickly remedied. I see continued improvement to service information and I'm really impressed by them. Keep up the great work everyone! ?

Large service area, tech willing to check the air on my tires, and top off, for free, made an appointment for tire rotation. Did not see the showroom, Toyota, there was New models to look at out front, and I think across the street, Honda. They did not have a new Prius or Prius Prime, of which I was looking for.

Service was easy to schedule and done on time. One issue, they found that there was additional work that needed to be done to get all the scheduled maintenance done but didn't do the work or alert us that it needed to be done. The comment was we will do it next time. Now we have to drive the car for 5,000 miles with the engine light on. Not good service management, by any means.

Why hadn’t I taken my fj here sooner? Amazing service, and friendly. They easily diagnosed multiple issues and fixed them all. My truck feels more safe and reliable now. Thanks!

Brett, the service manager & the front office , especially Maria are all very cordial and helpful. The service is always in time and proper. At times, Brett has accommodated a service at a short notice, that helpful when driving into town from a distance.Thank you.

From the time we pulled onto the lot, looking, to pulling out in a new used vehicle, to getting service done, the staff here at Perry Motors has been very gracious, patient and stress free. They are, by far, the best car dealership I have EVER encountered. As much as we'd like to keep them a secret, keep them for ourselves, we need to share them, and let others experience the way they do business. They are an oddity in today's world, and we hope and pray they continue on the path they're on. Thank you.

Without getting into the whole story… we had a situation arise that wasn’t favorable to ourselves, Perry Motors or Toyota. We initially began speaking with Curt (Sales Team). He was wonderful. He kind of calmed me down and helped me make a plan. We then started speaking with Aaron (one of the owners) and he really helped us navigate the situation, which ultimately ended in a new Venza. This was not a typical situation and we really appreciate Perry Motors for working through it with us. We only had one questionable interaction with an employee, Nicole, who felt it necessary to laugh while I was explaining the situation, but I guess there is always one bad seed in any organization. I cannot fault Perry Motors for her. Lastly, the service team is why we go to Perry Motors. Brett and his team always welcome us with a smile and service our cars in a timely manner. If you are looking for a car or just need a service go to Perry Motors!

The staff at Perry Motors go the extra mile to prove they want your business. From start to finish they communicated every step and detail, this a huge difference between them and the other Dealerships I’ve dealt with. Nice to have the waiting room available while my car was worked on. There was a glitch at the end when no one knew my car was ready and it took some investigating to find the paperwork. I think the cost if work here is too high, so I might be looking goer another service shop since my Toyota Care policy has expired.

Nicole and Zach were great to work with!! Zach installed the new running boards and the tunnel cover and made sure the new truck was ready for me. Nicole made the paper easy and seamless and show me all the in and outs of the new truck. Best buying experiences.

I love this service location. The people are great at explaining things in lay person terms. They have NEVER tried to upsell me on items I don’t need during service. For a dealership, this level of honesty is so rare.

They couldn't the problem at the start. Their mechanic did some research and found what the problem was. They did a temporary fix for me to get me going and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. They were very nice and kept me posted during the whole operation. Great people.

I had an appointment to fix my Honda HRV but it was in the distant future. Called again and explained we would be without the car and it was difficult to drive. They got me right in and fixed it within a few hours.
