Jason was completely awesome in being accommodating, professional yet made us feel so so welcome. Rare these days. I will stay there again and again. The rooms were immaculate and had charm. Jason is 10 star and a keeper. Maria

A nice budget hotel. The family room had a small master bedroom as well as a fridge, microwave, toaster, and utensils. Would stay there again.

Very comfortable rooms. Awesome, friendly employees. Great price. I also love that its not located on main street so it's quiet. Small, so not too many people driving in and out. Don't let the new color scheme drive you away. Lol The rooms don't match the outside. ?

I just discovered this rare gem 2 days ago. The manager Jason was the most personable, courteous and accommodating manager I have ever come across. He is the Best. 5 Star all around. Christine was very hospitable too. Everyone just made me feel so Welcome. A real rarity these days. The room was so charming and cozy. Great comforters and pillows. It had everything and more that I needed. I will return and stay here again and again. Thank you Jason for ALL that you did! Sincerely, Maria Graham

The Trees Motel is a quaint, no frills motel near the heart of Bishop. The rooms are a throw back to the 70s and that's not a bad thing at all. If you're looking for a convenient and clean pace to stay while you enjoy the outdoor experiences of Bishop, this is the place for

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Our room was filthy and smelled like mold, bed had hair in it, and there was spilt soda on the wooden floor. The residents living in the motel continuously knocked on our door asking for the guy living in that room. Our door lock had a small nail pushed into it so we could not lock our door from the outside, so anyone could go in our room just by pushing the door open. When we asked the manager for a refund, we were told that we were still getting charged for the first night for “using the room” but were guaranteed a refund for the second night. We were literally charged for two days when we did not stay a single night in a dirty, already used room. When we called management demanding a refund, Christina can either not be reached or “has to talk to her boss”. Do not let their pictures fool you. Spend a little extra and go to one of the chain hotels in the area.

DISGUSTING! If I could give zero stars I would. I read reviews before I booked. I expected an older motel and reviews made me think it was old, but quaint and clean. It was NOT clean. At arrival the lobby door was locked so we had to check in behind the desk. I almost walked out at that moment. There were candy wrappers on the floor and it smelled like cat pee. But I was trying to be positive. When we walked in the room, there were crumbs on the floor all around the foot of the bed, hair and black spots on the blanket, and ants in the bathroom. The front desk person was leaving and we let her know that the room wasn't clean and she said she would send housekeeping. There was no housekeeping so she basically lied to our face. I had some cleaner and paper towels in my car cleaned up the ants in the bathroom floor and came up with a bunch of hair. There was a large clump of hair in the shower. The windows didn't lock, the microwave was disgusting. I checked other hotels and there were no vacancies so we had to make the best of it. We pulled back the covers to the bed and there was a dirty piece of tape stuck to the flat sheet. We went to Big 5 and bought blankets to sleep on. I felt so dirty and uncomfortable. Luckily I had brought my own pillow. Parking is tight and to exit we had to back into traffic. With the roof being worked on it was extremely tight. The best part of our stay was leaving.
