“At first I was suspect of this business after seeing some of the reviews but after using the service it is clear to me that these old, bad reviews no longer apply as there has clearly been a change in management. They deserve five stars after all, their competitive pricing and great staff created a positive experience for me. Please do not listen to the years old reviews and see the new accurate ones as I would've hated to have missed out on their service just due to some old bad reviews.”

“Very helpful desk person, friendly. Owned by individual and wife last 30 yrs., previously owned by his father. Takes very good care of equipment. He was removing and cleaning all the small parts down to the nuts, bolts, screws, gaskets. Checking the circuit breakers. Explained the graphics on machine of how to determine loads and weight for best cleaning. We used a machine that was next to largest with only 2 items…a heavy Cal king mattress pad cover and one sheet. It was 2/3 empty! Next time we’ll know.”
