“I've always wanted to stay in a Wigwam since it feels like a very classic family road trip stop. It lived up to my expectations!

The rooms were basic, but extremely clean and actually looked better in person than they did on the website. The grounds were kept very clean and allowed for a lot of photo opportunities.

The pool area is open late if you want to take a dip. However it is not heated so it's got to be pretty warm out to make it comfortable.

Checking in and out was super easy and the staff was very friendly.

Overall it's a great place to stop if you want some cool pictures and can say you've stayed in a Wigwam.

Rooms: The rooms are basic but extremely clean. I was surprised as they actually looked better in person than they do in the website photos.

Nearby activities: The original McDonald's museum is about a ten minute drive. There isn't much else around but we stayed because we were driving Route 66.

Safety: It felt very safe on the property.

Food and drinks: There are a lot of taco trucks open late in the area and right across the street in walking distance there is a good Mexican ice cream shop.”

“The hotel was super clean, the breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the location was perfect – close to everything. The only thing that was not as good was that the parking was payed even for guests. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!”

The gentleman working the desk at 1415hrs today was /is great!!! Sense of humour, friendly and had a sense of urgency about getting me checked in when it wasn't needed... this dude is great!!! I always enjoy this venue, and the staff here is always on top of everything

Very accessible from I-10 , very modern well kept property. The woman that checked us in at 0100 on 24 July was great!!! Very friendly, very professional.
The room was huge, 2 queen beds, small fridge, decent size work desk, very large modern bathroom.
Breakfast buffet was excellent... the standard items, but very well maintained, every thing was hot, looked and tasted good and the woman that was taking care if the buffet was extremely friendly as well”

“Our Airbnb was a nightmare and thank goodness we found Residence Inn. Molly who was super helpful from the start of our stay til the very end ! We called a head to ask for early check in and Molly explained the process and accommodation us from beginning to end. The hotel staff are all super friendly and the establishment is super clean and welcoming. The breakfast was fresh and had a good variety. We stayed in a king room with sofa bed and it was spacious for our family of 3. The ONLY downside was the bathroom vent was not working so we had to open a window for ventilation which we didn’t mind since the weather was nice. Room felt super clean and had a full fridge stove top microwave and dishwasher. Would definitely recommend. Plenty of parking which you do pay for but it’s reasonable. Overall thank you Molly and staff for welcoming us and being so friendly and accommodating. Love the pins we got !”

“Can't speak highly enough about this hotel. Staff was the friendliest and most helpful. We were greeted by a wonderful, friendly man at the desk, given a welcome gift, and had a verbal tour detailing where and how everything worked. The room was immaculate (thanks Mindy). Breakfast had a great selection of food and very well organized. Pool area was great. I love that you need your key card to access everything (feels safe). I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our stay pleasurable. ?”

“Update: I’m so pleased to write that there are shower liners!! That was my one and only negative and I can mark it off as fully complete. Have stayed several more nights and truly is an exceptional little place to stay.

I have now had the pleasure of staying at this little gem of a motel a couple of times now. All of my visits have been very pleasant.
Specifically, the rooms are sooo clean / I can’t find a spec of dust inside my rooms. The room’s themselves were so quiet. I heard no slamming of other doors that I typically get in a larger hotel. The walls also appear up be soundproof as I have yet to hear a tv or person:child in the attached rooms. The owner and employees are very hospitable and went out of their way to accommodate me with my special Requests.
The only comment I would add is I wish there were shower curtain liners as to prevent water on the floor. I felt terrible having to use their clean towels to wipe up.
Quickly becoming my favorite place to stay. Ps they actually cleaned my room from top to bottom for my two night stay and without me requesting.”

“Check in was easy and location of convention center is 5minutes. I love the personalized welcome on the tv when I walked in the room and the complimentary breakfast is much appreciated!

“I would agree that this is probably the nicest hotel in the area. The staff helps it shine for sure when I checked in. I was having trouble with my Messenger payment and it also had to be changed so they were free there and each of them was so welcoming and friendly and patience. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of a lot because I’m in town with the family member. They went to far to the manager who is not on duty who also did what needed to be done to take care of the guest. I didn’t catch the managers name, but I believe the ladies were Cassandra, Breann and Diann. Then at check out, I was greeted & helped by another friendly helpful smile belonging to Mariah. And hats off to management for leading a great team.

Noteworthy details: There’s a machine for making white noise on the nightstand that helps more than you know. Also, cool closrttAll the shelves and hanger rods, plus a big drawer, can be moved and rearranged super quickly and easily, to costom fit the things you need to store, specifically. A new wish for my “someday list”.”

“I’m an IHG Diamond member, and spend typically 4 nights/week in a Holiday Inn Express.
This review is long over due, as I’ve stayed in this property multiple times in the last year. I’d like to highlight one of your employees, Manuel (Manny). 4 months back, I was training a new employee, whom had booked at this location early. I usually book day of, as my job may bring me to an unexpected stop. This hotel was booked when I tried to reserve. After speaking to Manny, there were a couple rooms that had opened up, and he accommodated, which meant a lot to be in the same hotel as my trainee.
Last night, welcoming as always, he remembered me and we shared a laugh. I told him I owed him for this 5 Star, not just for the previous help, but with every time checking in, the same professionalism and smiles as the times below.
This hotel also has a great breakfast for IHG’s. So give Manny & the kitchen lady a raise!! Food was great at 6am. Great priced hotel with a great staff!”

“1st Night i notice hair in the shower. I placed a towel over it and took my shower. The next morning on the underside of the comforter there were blood stains. I felt disgusted. My sister called down to the front desk and gave them an etiquette ear full. They changed our room. It was cleaner. The bed sheets and comforter were clean!”

“I myself am autistic and to find a place that understands that in order to communicate with me well along with accepting my service animals I rate this place a five star Management is very communicative. The hospitality alone is worth the stay and all staff have been very nice towards me and my daughter, they treat her with kindness, I appreciate that . The amenities are also great. I like to do laundry here my laundry feels safe because they do have cameras in the laundry room and entry with key only. The pool is beautiful and cleaned often a lot of families with children seem to have a great time and it’s nice to see and hear the laughter while doing laundry . My daughter likes to swim as well and makes friends with other teens at the pool so if you’re looking for a place that feels comfortable and clean , I would suggest this place. I highly recommend , and I don’t wanna forget to mention that it is walkable distance to restaurants and stores and transportation , and feels safe ..if your on the spectrum and need more communication or have many questions that need answers to find a suitable place this is it they have the patience thank you management and staff member and huge shout out to house keeping they all have good attitudes and clean very well and help keep it safe very thankful to find this place and look forward to many more stays”

I had attentive and happy staff who were able to assist me right away with things such as getting wi fi when my room login didn’t work while working in the lounge and them also watching over guest belongings when I was away for a few minutes. “Sun Park Inn & Suites is one of my favorite hotels I San Bernardino because the rooms are clean, the staff is attentive, and the prices are affordable and competitive. The landscape design creates a welcoming, comfortable environment. There are beautiful rose bushes and a community area with picnic benches and a barbecue grill, soda, and ice machines. A great place to enjoy a homecooked dinner or celebrate a child's birthday. There is a shared laundry room on site, a microwave, refrigerator, a/c & heat in each room. Free parking. The lot is easily accessible from the main road. ♿️ accessible

Staff was exceptional. From the front desk to housekeeping, all wonderful.

The room, is basic but I knew going in that it wasn't a Hilton or a Marriott. Bed was comfortable, shower was a basic shower. My room overlooked the street and could be a bit noise when a car alarm went off or someone had a loud exhaust. Not that I noticed all that much, got in at 0330 and collapsed asleep.

The location put it within a 5 minute walk to the shuttle, which is the main reason I chose this hotel, well, that and the price.

If I had one complaint, and this is being super nitpicky, it's the soap. The scent is good but it just doesn't like to 'work'. Hard to explain.

Keep your expectations realistic. It's a hotel room. If you want luxury, stay somewhere else. If you want functional, i.e...a bed and a shower, this place is perfect.”
